The cottage features a double bedroom and a twin-bedded room upstairs, which share a bathroom. A standout feature for guests requiring accessibility is the downstairs bedroom, which includes a king-sized bed equipped with a ceiling hoist and an accessible wet-room en suite. The bathroom is well-appointed with a wheeled shower commode chair available upon request, a folding shower stool, and various grab rails to aid mobility.

Outside there is a garden with a patio and lawn area, great for unwinding with a glass of wine on a summer’s evening.

The Bungalow

We have delightful accommodation in our two-bedroom bungalow. Bedrooms consist of a double and twin, ideal for a family or group holiday. The bedrooms share a shower and toilet room with a wash basin. All bed linen and towels are included. Unwind in the living room after a day sightseeing. A well-equipped kitchen/dining area is great for home-cooking. Outside there is a garden with a patio and lawn area for al fresco dining over a few glasses of wine.

Mallard Barn at Wheatacre Hall Barns offers luxurious self-catering accommodation in a beautiful part of Norfolk, under wide arching skies amongst farmland and hidden waterways outside of Beccles near Lowestoft. Our holiday home is situated on a working dairy and arable farm in the beautiful, peaceful rural Waveney Valley adjoining the southern tip of the Norfolk Broads yet close to the wonderful, historic city of Norwich.

Our wonderful barn conversion is our largest property and stills retain many of its original features, including fine beams. The barn has been tastefully restored with very comfortable interiors with many modern luxury touches. This barn is all on ground level with ramps available for ease of entry.

Three attractive bedrooms are available: a double en suite, a double room with a zip and link bed and a bedroom with 3 singles. A bathroom comes with a bath, separate shower cubicle and WC.

Many fantastic sandy beaches and attractions can be found a short distance from Wheatacre Hall Barns making this a great place to base your visit in your discovery of Norfolk and Suffolk. The whole family will love Africa Alive, one of the UK’s largest and most thrilling wildlife attractions. 45 minutes away by car is BeWILDerwood, an award-winning adventure park with amazing treehouses and zip wires. Caldecott Hall offers lots of facilities, as well as an 18 hole golf course.

The Shepherds Barn is a 5-star self catering holiday home sleeping 6 people and located on Lee End Farm in Lancashire. 

The large original barn doorway leads into the galleried entrance hall with oak floor and magnificent modern chrome chandelier. The oak central staircase and the clever detailing of the shepherd's crooks which don this unique barn, give you the first taste of the standard and individuality which every room has to offer.

The three spacious en suite rooms are finished to the highest standards: master king-size / family en suite (ground floor), double, and twin (first floor) and all have unspoilt views out to the countryside and the Quernmore valley

Quernmore is less than 5 miles from the historic town of Lancaster with its castle, cathedral and once quayside port. It is just 30 minutes from the Lake District and with easy access from the M6 motorway, this gives endless opportunities for day trips.

Weir Cottage, Restronguet Weir, Falmouth, Cornwall (Sleeps 1-8)

Weir Cottage offers superb self-catering accommodation in a stunning position, boasting breathtaking views over Restronguet Creek and the Carrick Roads. The property adjoins a private shingle beach, perfect for launching a small boat by prior arrangement. We are close to Falmouth and great for an idyllic break in Cornwall.

Our beautiful cottage is ideal for a special break in a scenic and tranquil setting. The cottage is tastefully furnished and comes with a range of excellent facilities.

Upstairs there are four bedrooms, all of which enjoy amazing views over the water. The master bedroom has a double en suite and a double and two twins are also available. 

Outside there is a lovely garden to enjoy and a BBQ is available, great for al fresco dining whilst savouring the view.

Only a short walk along the Creekside footpath is the 13th Century Pandora Inn. Access involves crossing a tidal beach. Mylor Yacht Harbour is just a short drive away and the house is perfectly placed for all that Cornwall has to offer, from the magnificent coastline and beaches to glorious gardens, castles and museums.
