The Boathouse is a unique property providing extremely private self catering accommodation in an amazing beachfront location. This holiday home is at the end of a no through road in the Cornish village of Gillan. There are beautiful views from every angle.

This spacious self catering property can accommodate up to 14 people in 6 bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is a spacious games room/TV room which has a flat-screen TV, DVD player, books, toys, wood burner, snooker table and doors that lead out onto the patio area.

Upstairs there is a living room which also has a wood burner and double doors with stunning views. The open plan kitchen/diner is well equipped. There is also a study on this floor.

Outside as well as a large patio with seating, gas BBQ, hammock and ping pong table.

As you can imagine in this area there are plenty of outdoor activities including walking, sailing, swimming, fishing and cycling.

There are also many interesting places to visit such as Tate at St Ives, Maritime Museum, Flambards, The Lost Gardens of Heligan and The Eden Project.

Mudgeon Cottage is set on an idyllic dairy farm in St Martin, near Helford. Surrounded by rolling hills and ancient woodlands, it makes a fabulous destination for a relaxing holiday.

The cottage can sleep up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms. They are all on the first floor and are set up as a 4 poster double bed, double with en suite facilities, twin room and children’s bunk room.

Children will love spending time outside, exploring and enjoying adventures then watching the cows being milked from the viewing gallery, and playing in the games room complete with pool and table tennis tables along with numerous ball games. The extensive play area complete with slides, swings, bridge and tree house will prove a big attraction too.

Mudgeon Farm is in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the spectacular Lizard Peninsula. The area is renowned for its magnificent scenery, rugged coastline, pretty fishing coves, numerous sandy beaches including Kennack Sands and Coverack which are a few minutes’ drive away.
