This stunning property offers everything needed for a memorable holiday. Spacious throughout and fitted to the highest standards, Menzies Steading combines modern luxury with charming original features.
The living areas are open plan whilst still retaining their own individual spaces. Original stone pillars and wooden beams blend beautifully with contemporary furnishings to create impressive open layouts. On the west side of the property there is a large dining table seating up to 12 guests, perfect for family meals and celebrations. A cosy lounge area with a fitted media unit is located towards the back of the building, while sofas and armchairs surround the stand-alone fireplace, creating a relaxing space to unwind with a coffee.
A further lounge area includes a large 9-seater sofa surrounding the TV unit, with bi-fold doors opening onto a delightful courtyard.
On the east side of the property is a striking kitchen featuring unique touches, including a hidden pantry fitted with brand new equipment. The kitchen also benefits from a fantastic electric cooker and hob, along with a double fridge/freezer and sink unit.
There are five modern en suite bedrooms, three of which include both baths and showers. Each bedroom is individually styled with its own quirky character, providing a superb and comfortable place to stay. The bedrooms comprise three super king rooms which can also be made into twins, an additional super king room and one double room.
Outside guests can relax in the courtyard, complete with outdoor sofas, a dining table with chairs and a gas BBQ. It is the perfect setting for al fresco dining while enjoying the sunshine.

Aberfeldy is situated in the heart of Scotland and is a fantastic base for exploring the surrounding area. Edinburgh and Glasgow are both approximately one and a half hours away by car, while the Highlands can be reached within an hour.
There are plenty of attractions nearby, including the Crannog of Loch Tay, Blair Castle, Castle Menzies, Dewars Whisky Distillery, Highland Adventure Safaris, The Birks Cinema, as well as a swimming pool and gym.
