The cottage is perfect for guests looking to relax in the area while discovering the many attractions and scenic locations Cornwall has to offer.
Accommodation
The accommodation is arranged over two floors and includes an architect-designed mezzanine extension accessed via an open-plan staircase. This impressive addition features a spectacular living room with a glass-fronted balcony on the upper floor, along with the master bedroom which benefits from an en suite walk-in shower.
French windows in the master bedroom open directly onto the paved terrace, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the surrounding wildlife and peaceful setting.
The main part of the cottage includes a spacious kitchen and dining area with doors leading directly onto the terrace, making it the perfect space for outdoor dining and evening drinks. The fully fitted modern kitchen includes a large built-in fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine.
There is also a separate utility room with washing machine and dryer, along with a downstairs cloakroom.
Upstairs there are two further bedrooms, one double room with twin beds that can be arranged together and one single bedroom, with a family bathroom situated between them.
Visiting the Area
Within walking distance is the Old Quay Inn, a welcoming pub serving excellent food, while many more pubs and restaurants can easily be reached by car.
Garden lovers can explore nearby attractions including The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Trelissick, Trebah and Glendurgan. A short journey across the King Harry Ferry leads to St Mawes and the beautiful Roseland Peninsula, both well worth visiting.
