Accommodation
This charming property is situated only 200 yards from the castle and benefits from its own direct entrance approximately 150 yards off the B846. The house enjoys an open yet secluded setting, complete with a lovely garden where guests can relax whilst taking in the stunning views across the Tay Valley.
To the south of the property is an enclosed stone-fenced patio, making it the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon sun.
On the ground floor there is an open plan living and dining area with Sky TV and a DVD player, providing the ideal space to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.
There are two bedrooms available: one double room and one twin/double room. Both rooms share a family bathroom with a shower over the bath.

The property is the ideal place to escape the pressures of modern life and serves as a fantastic base for exploring the Upper Tay Valley and surrounding countryside. Aberfeldy is a small market town at the heart of the Upper Tay Valley, offering plenty to see and do.
Visitors can enjoy walking along beautiful single-track back roads, including the scenic route from Amulree to Kenmore through Glenquaich and over the hill into Kenmore, which boasts outstanding views across Loch Tay. Edinburgh is approximately one and a half hours away and offers a wealth of attractions, including Edinburgh Castle and The Royal Mile. Alternatively, guests can head to Aviemore and enjoy the ski slopes of Cairngorm.
