Adjoining a private shingle beach, the property is perfect for launching a small boat by prior arrangement, with a deepwater mooring also available. Located close to Falmouth, the cottage provides an ideal setting for a relaxing break in Cornwall.
Accommodation
This beautiful cottage is tastefully furnished throughout and comes equipped with a range of excellent facilities, making it ideal for a special stay in a scenic and tranquil setting.
A porch leads into the main sitting room, which features an open fire, TV with Sky and DVD player. On the ground floor there is also a second sitting room with a CD stereo and a small study area.
The spacious kitchen and dining room includes a built-in fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave. French windows open onto a lovely garden, creating a bright and welcoming space. A utility room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer, along with a separate cloakroom.
Upstairs there are four bedrooms, all enjoying spectacular views over the water. The master bedroom benefits from a double en suite, while further accommodation includes another double bedroom and two twin rooms. Bed linen and towels are included for guests’ convenience.
The bathroom includes a shower and WC, with an additional separate WC also available.
Outside, guests can relax in the attractive garden and enjoy al fresco dining using the BBQ while taking in the beautiful surroundings.
Visiting the Area
Only a short walk along the Creekside footpath is the 13th Century Pandora Inn, accessed by crossing a tidal beach. Mylor Yacht Harbour is just a short drive away and the cottage is perfectly positioned for exploring everything Cornwall has to offer, from its magnificent coastline and beaches to stunning gardens, castles and museums.
