Swallow Barn
Swallow Barn is nestled in a peaceful location and enjoys fantastic views across the open Cornish countryside. Ideal for a relaxing couples break, the cottage features a delightful terrace and garden with seating and a BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining.
The cottage is all on one level and includes a comfortable living room with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, CD player and a wood-burning stove, creating a cosy and welcoming atmosphere. There is also a dining room and a well-equipped kitchen complete with a gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.
The attractive bedroom includes a double bed and a fully tiled en suite bathroom.
Swift Barn
Swift Barn forms the other half of the beautifully restored Cornish stone barn. Inside, guests will find oak flooring throughout and a welcoming living room with a wood-burning stove.
Like Swallow Barn, this self-catering cottage is all on one level and mirrors the same comfortable layout. The relaxing living area includes a TV, DVD player and CD player, alongside a well-equipped kitchen and dining area.
The comfortable double bedroom benefits from a fully tiled en suite bathroom. Outside, there is a gravelled terrace and garden with a BBQ, ideal for relaxing outdoors.

Both cottages are perfectly located for exploring this beautiful part of Cornwall. Situated between Falmouth and Truro, they are within easy reach of many local attractions.
The Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan are both within an hour’s drive, while closer to the cottages guests can discover rugged cliffs, sandy coves and picturesque fishing villages.
