Accommodation
The lodge sleeps up to 6 guests and is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of modern life. Beautifully furnished throughout, the property comes equipped with a range of excellent facilities.
On the ground floor there is a spacious and bright open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living area includes a Freeview TV, DVD player and an open log/coal fire, creating a cosy place to relax after a day out exploring. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave.
Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom and a bathroom.
Upstairs there are two further bedrooms, both of which can be arranged as either twin rooms or super king rooms. The newly renovated family bathroom features a fabulous free-standing bath and separate shower.
Outside guests can enjoy a BBQ area with seating, perfect for al fresco dining in the afternoon sun.
Visiting Aberfeldy & Exploring Perthshire
While staying at Middle Lodge, guests can explore the Upper Tay Valley and surrounding countryside. Aberfeldy is a charming small market town and the heart of all that goes on in the Upper Tay Valley.
The area offers wonderful walking opportunities, including scenic single-track back roads such as the route from Amulree to Kenmore through Glenquaich and over the hill into Kenmore, which boasts glorious views across Loch Tay. Edinburgh is approximately one and a half hours away and offers an array of famous attractions, including Edinburgh Castle and The Royal Mile. Alternatively, visitors can head to Aviemore to enjoy the ski slopes of Cairngorm.
