Hob with oven and grill under, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV, radio, kettle, cafetiere, mixer, picnic equipment, (if there is something you need but is not at Danny Cottage we will be happy to get it for you). A wood burning stove is available at this holiday cottage.

Maybe you also want to see some city life, well Danny Cottage is a great base for that too. You are only an hour and a half away from London by train. Brighton (30 minutes) is one of England's most cosmopolitan centres with international shopping, theatres that often have pre-London runs, concerts, opera, museums, galleries and a major annual arts festival in May each year.

The Laurels offers outstanding self-catering accommodation in Bishops Castle. Our magnificent Grade II Listed building is nestled in an idyllic location and is perfect for a magical getaway.

Our fabulous house is brimming with character and comes with everything you need for a relaxing and memorable holiday. The house is tastefully furnished and sleeps 15 people in 6 bedrooms.

On the first floor are two beautiful bedrooms. The twin room has an adjoining bathroom and the family room has a king-size bed and single bed and Sky TV. The second floor has two family rooms with king-size beds, including one with a single bed. A master en suite includes a king bed. On the third floor is a further family room with a king-size bed and single bed. A bathroom comes with a shower and WC.

The delightful market town of Bishop’s Castle is surrounded by stunning countryside, perfect for walkers and cyclists. Wonderful walking routes include the Shropshire Hills, Kerry Ridgeway, Offa’s Dyke and the ‘BC Ring’. In town, there is a lovely mixture of arts, crafts and independent shops, plus a farmers’ market. Two great pubs can be enjoyed, The Six Bells micro-brewery and the Three Tuns, the oldest working brewery in Britain. History fans will love seeing the remains of the old castle at the top of town which was originally built by the Bishop of Hereford.

Our gorgeous house is reportedly the oldest property in the village, with the oldest part still retaining its charming, original features. The property blends old and new seamlessly, offering a modern glass-roofed extension that includes a spacious open plan kitchen and sitting room. The house is elegantly furnished throughout and sleeps up to 6 people, ideal for a family or group getaway.

Our quirky cottage dates back to 1801 and has been lovingly renovated to now offer everything you need for an unforgettable holiday in a wonderful part of the country. The cottage sleeps up to 5 people and a cot is also available.

You can relax in the sitting room after a day in the Yorkshire countryside. The large country-style kitchen includes an electric oven, range gas hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, sandwich maker, slow cooker and hand blender.

Three lovely bedrooms are available: a king, double and single. All the rooms share a bathroom with a whirlpool jacuzzi bath with an overhead shower.

You relax in the enclosed garden which comes with an outdoor table and chairs for al fresco dining. The south-facing summerhouse is a lovely spot to unwind in with a good cup of coffee and a BBQ is also available.

West Lutton is in the middle of the majestic Great Wold Valley. The village has a historic church and a dog-friendly pub which serves fantastic beer and delicious home-cooked food. One minute from the door is a gorgeous footpath that takes you to Thirkleby Wold.

The Monthly Tutor's Cottage is set in a pretty wooded valley, 100 metres from the sea in Fishguard, Pembrokeshire. Our holiday cottage is a Grade II listed building that dates back to 1810 and is in an ideal location for 6 people who want to explore this magnificent part of Wales.

Our holiday cottage was once used as a refuse for the Fishguards poor and destitute children. The building has been recognised for its architectural and historical importance and is a wonderful base for those who want to stay in a beautiful holiday cottage that is full of charm, character and history. The interior of the holiday cottage has been tastefully restored and retains many of the original features.

Outside of the holiday cottage is the garden where you will find a woodshed with logs for the fire, a barbecue and garden furniture. There are 2 gardens and an orchard which receive sunshine all day long and are a wonderful place to relax at the end of a busy day.

There are lovely walks along the river up the valley and around the coast. The coastal path opposite the cottage meanders around the bay to the small town of Goodwick where the ferry crosses to Ireland on a daily basis. There are several small coves around the bay providing good fishing and having small rock pools which are a must for crabbing. 

It is an ideal central location to visit the whole of Pembrokeshire with its golden beaches, stunning coastal views and 280 miles of coastal path. The cottage is the perfect retreat for both couples and families alike.
