Minnies Cottage, Burton Bradstock, Bridport, Dorset (Sleeps 1-4)

Minnies Cottage is a 17th Century thatched cottage in a quiet cul-de-sac at the heart of the attractive village of Burton Bradstock. It is 10 minutes walk through the fields to Chesil Beach and the acclaimed Hive Cafe. The beach and adjacent foreshore are clean and unspoilt and easily reached with a car park.

The cottage comfortably sleeps 4 adults.

Downstairs is open plan with the kitchen separated from the dining/sitting area by a marble-topped bar. The living area has comfortable easy chairs for four, around a beamed fireplace. Upstairs is a double and twin bedded room where a third temporary bed can be made upon request. All linen including towels is supplied. 

The cottage has its own wholly enclosed garden with lawn and patio facing south and it is secure for young children. Parking is on the street, close to the cottage.

Burton Bradstock is 2.5 miles from Bridport on the route to Weymouth and central to the Jurassic Coast, World Heritage Site one of the most beautiful areas of the south-west, with outstanding scenery in all directions along the coast and moving inland. Within a reasonable radius, there are several places of natural or historical interest, as well as many family attractions.

Yarrow Cottage is a stunning thatched property, located in Churchill near Chipping Norton. Our holiday home has been decorated and furnished to the highest of standards, with much care and consideration being put into every detail of the house. The eclectic design of this cottage is a unique take on a typical thatched Cotswolds holiday home.

On the ground floor is a well-furnished living room, complete with log burning stove. This room has an exotic feel with the Balinese furniture, sliding doors and bold paintings. It still, however, incorporates much charm and character of a Cotswold cottage - with its wooden beams and framed doorways. There is comfortable seating and a bespoke corner snug seat, a perfect place to relax. Other features include a TV with full SKY package, Netflix, DVD player and iPod docking station. 

Great attention to details has been made throughout this house. This continues into the bathroom where there is a giant copper roll top bathtub — a particularly welcome way to relax after a day of walking or a week of working.

Outside is a garden area with a set of table and chairs, providing a space for you to dine al fresco. This is a lovely place to sit at any time of day, whether it is with your morning coffee or something stronger at the end of the day. 

Churchill is a beautiful Cotswold village between Kingham and Chipping Norton. It is an ideal base for those who want to explore Oxfordshire, whilst still being within easy reach of attractions and places of interest.
