Luckley Farm Cottages offer a welcoming and versatile base for both small and large groups. Located near Moreton-in-Marsh, in the heart of the North Cotswolds, the cottages are surrounded by miles of rolling countryside, offering guests a peaceful rural escape.

About Luckley Farm Cottages
Originally built in 1795, the cottages retain their historic charm while providing modern comfort and convenience. The largest property sleeps up to 14 people, making Luckley Farm ideal for family gatherings, reunions, celebrations, and corporate retreats.

The Farmhouse
The original Farmhouse offers a warm, family-friendly atmosphere with exposed beams and wooden flooring throughout. A spacious open-plan lounge and dining room features a log fire, and French windows open onto a garden with outdoor seating, a BBQ, and a wooden Wendy house for children. The well-equipped galley kitchen includes a double oven and fridge/freezer. Upstairs are six adaptable bedrooms and four large shower/bathrooms. Bedroom arrangements can be configured to suit a variety of groups. Please note that pets are not allowed in The Farmhouse.

The Granary
The Granary has been thoughtfully converted into a spacious two-floor cottage. Upstairs, guests will find an open-plan kitchen and dining space with seating for up to 24, along with a large lounge that includes a drinks bar and opens onto a deck with views across the Cotswold Hills. Downstairs are six flexible bedrooms, three of which are en suite, plus two additional bathrooms. A south-east facing garden with patio, BBQ, and children's swing set completes the property. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.

The Warren
Just 30 metres from The Granary, The Warren consists of six self-contained bungalow-style rooms. Each room includes Wi-Fi, a TV, hairdryer, a unique ‘cupboard’ kitchenette, en suite shower, and can be arranged as a double or twin. Each room also features a futon that can accommodate an additional adult or older child.

The Snuggle
The Snuggle is a romantic retreat for two, featuring an eco-friendly grass roof, a cosy open-plan layout with kitchen and sitting area, four-poster bed, and separate bathroom. A south-facing patio offers idyllic countryside views, ideal for outdoor dining.
