Yaffle Barn
Yaffle Barn is accessed via an eye-catching glass-and-steel bridge at first-floor level, opening into a spacious and light-filled living area. A fully equipped kitchen sits at one end, while deep sofas surround a contemporary inset wood-burning stove at the other. Soaring oak beams celebrate the barn's heritage, while modern features such as bi-fold doors, a spiral staircase, and a sleek balcony offer a fresh, contemporary feel.
Downstairs, two large king-size bedrooms each feature wide bi-fold doors leading to a private patio, British White cowhide accents, and soft sheepskin rugs. Both bedrooms benefit from their own ensuite facilities—one a wet room, the other a bathroom—each with rain showers, luxury Welsh toiletries, plush towels, and stylish fittings.
Though Yaffle Barn adjoins the main house, it enjoys a spacious private garden, and guests have access to the surrounding grounds and adjacent wildlife reserve.
The Snug
The Snug is a cosy yet cleverly designed retreat, reached via a set of steps leading to a ground-floor entrance. Inside, a compact but well-equipped kitchen complements a modern wood-burning stove and a comfortable sofa, creating an inviting living space.
A spiral staircase leads to a characterful double bedroom, adorned with a British White cowhide throw, Moroccan plaster accents, and gently curved walls. At the top of the stairs, a sleek shower room features a rain shower, plush towels, and a curated selection of luxury toiletries. Thick sheepskin rugs provide comfort and warmth throughout.
The Snug connects to Yaffle Barn at first-floor level, and together they can be booked as New Court Barns, sleeping up to 8 guests across four double bedrooms. While they share a large garden, each retains a private seating area. Guests are welcome to enjoy the grounds and explore the surrounding nature reserve.
