Littlecourt Cottages are a charming collection of five luxury holiday cottages, offering high-quality self-catering accommodation throughout the year. Set within the grounds of a historic Regency house dating back to 1798, originally built for the Duke and Duchess of St. Albans, the cottages beautifully combine character with modern comfort. Ideally located, Littlecourt is just a short walk from both the seafront and the town centre, providing a convenient and relaxing base for a coastal getaway.

Cherry Tree – Sleeps 2
This ground-floor, centrally heated cottage features a spacious lounge with a comfortable sofa, free Wi-Fi and a 56-inch Smart TV. There is a separate formal dining area, as well as an additional dining space set within a bay window. The kitchen is well equipped with an eye-level electric oven, hob, full-size fridge and freezer, microwave and dishwasher, while a shared laundry room provides a washing machine and gas dryer. The bedroom offers twin beds that can be linked to form a six-foot super king-size bed, along with a large en-suite shower room. Outside, guests can enjoy a private seating area.

The Coach House – Sleeps 3
Converted from the original coach house, this centrally heated cottage includes a comfortable ground-floor lounge with French doors opening onto a private deck and outdoor entertaining area. The lounge is furnished with a cosy sofa and two armchairs, along with a 56-inch Smart TV and free Wi-Fi. A short set of stairs leads to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, as well as a cloakroom. The kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher, with access to a shared laundry room. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a spacious shared shower room. The main bedroom has twin beds that can be linked to create a super king-size bed, while the second bedroom features a four-foot double bed.

Hemphaye – Sleeps 4
This charming 17th-century cottage offers a spacious double-aspect lounge with comfortable seating, a 56-inch Smart TV and free Wi-Fi. The dining area is set within a lantern-style conservatory, while the fully fitted kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher, with access to a shared laundry room. French doors open onto a south-facing garden with seating for six, and there is also a ground-floor toilet. On the first floor, a bedroom with twin beds (convertible to a super king-size) includes an en-suite shower room. The second floor features another twin bedroom (also convertible to a super king-size), with an en-suite shower room and a separate dressing room.

Courthaye – Sleeps 4
This centrally heated cottage is located just 600 metres from both the town centre and seafront. An entrance hall leads into a stylish dining room with an open-plan, fully fitted kitchen and breakfast bar, including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher, along with access to a shared laundry room and a ground-floor cloakroom. Double doors open into a comfortable lounge with a sofa and two armchairs, plus a 56-inch Smart TV and free Wi-Fi. The main bedroom overlooks the front garden and includes twin beds that can be linked to form a super king-size bed, along with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has twin beds and its own en-suite.

Magnolia – Sleeps 4
Originally built as a Victorian addition to Littlecourt, this cottage opens into a spacious lounge with comfortable sofas, a 56-inch Smart TV and free Wi-Fi, along with a ground-floor cloakroom. The open-plan kitchen includes a breakfast bar, electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher, while the dining area is set within a lantern-style conservatory. A shared laundry room is also available. The ground-floor bedroom features twin beds that can be linked into a super king-size, with an en-suite shower and WC. Upstairs, a second bedroom also offers flexible super king-size or twin configuration, with its own en-suite. Outside, there are two separate seating areas.

The gardens are thoughtfully arranged into a series of distinct areas filled with rare and unusual plants, creating a haven for plant enthusiasts. They have also been featured on the BBC Open Gardens programme.

Visiting the Area
Littlecourt Cottages are located in the attractive seaside town of Sidmouth, an unspoilt destination along the Jurassic Coast, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Stretching for 95 miles, the coastline offers excellent opportunities for exploring the South West Coast Path and discovering rock pools. The town is also close to a variety of family-friendly attractions and offers a range of restaurants, tea rooms and pubs within walking distance, as well as a swimming pool, cinema, theatre, gardens and sports facilities.

Beckley is a 2 bedroom detached bungalow in a small seaside setting that offers wonderful views across the River Conwy (with its yacht and boat marina), to Conwy and its ancient Castle, with the Snowdonia Mountain range as a backdrop. Enjoy the beaches, the fishing, sailing, boat trips, horse riding, golf, walking or just relaxing. An RSPB Reserve is 5 minutes away.

This charming property comes with everything you need for a relaxing break in a wonderful setting. The property sleeps up to 4 people and is great for a family or group holiday.

Inside the cosy bungalow there is a 6 seater lounge, separate dining room and a large kitchen. To the rear is a large fully fitted double bedroom, a twin-bedded room with washbowl, a fully tiled bathroom with toilet and shower, and a second separate toilet adjacent to the twin bedroom. There are also 2 camp beds if required.

You can unwind in the large double glazed sunroom which has easy chairs. Televisions, and a DVD player are located in the lounge, dining room and bedroom. The kitchen has oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, plus plenty of workspace and a large selection of utensils and crockery. The utility room comes complete with a washing machine and sink.

Parking space for 4 cars on the premises, as well as large, enclosed front and rear gardens for al fresco dining.

Deganwy has a French restaurant and a superb Chinese restaurant, and there are pubs serving excellent food nearby. A Tesco supermarket, Pizzahut, McDonald's, KFC and cinema complex are 5 minutes away by car. Mount Snowdon, Llandudno and its Great Orme, plus lots of pretty villages are a short drive away, and Anglesey is less than 1/2 hour away.
