Laid out on one level with private access from the drive, the open-plan living area is designed for relaxation and convenience. After a day exploring, guests can unwind in the stressless recliners and enjoy a favourite film on the Smart TV. High-quality furnishings and full underfloor heating create a cosy and welcoming atmosphere throughout the year.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and microwave. Wi-Fi and a Smart TV are also provided.

The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms, making it ideal for two couples or a small family. The double bedroom has an en-suite shower and WC, while the twin bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and WC.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private enclosed garden with a barbecue area and seating. This sunny spot is perfect for relaxing in the afternoon, or in the evening lighting the chiminea and watching the sunset with a drink in hand. EV charging is available on the drive.

Visiting Saundersfoot & Exploring Pembrokeshire

Directly opposite the front door, across the country lane, is the Miners Walk—once the route of the Saundersfoot Railway. This safe path leads to the beach and pub at Wiseman’s Bridge (15–20 minutes) and on to Saundersfoot. It is also well-suited to cycles and buggies.

The ground floor space is open plan providing a full and well-equipped kitchen (including a Nespresso Coffee Machine) adjoining the Dining and Lounge areas. The whole space enjoys elevated panoramic views across the wooded valley through the six-metre wide glass doors stretching virtually the full width of the property. These can be opened to provide an almost seamless extension of the living space onto the patio area.

The fully enclosed garden wraps around the cottage with steps leading down from the drive to the entrance level and providing access to the rear patio and barbecue area.

Upstairs there is a double & two twin bedrooms simply & tastefully presented with quality furniture and beds to ensure a great night's sleep. The family bathroom is small & perfectly formed with bath & feature walk-in shower.

There is underfloor heating throughout the property means you will be snug even in the deepest winter but for those cosy nights in there's a glass-fronted wood-burning stove set into the wall.

Dogs are welcome only on the ground floor at no extra cost there is parking on the drive and an outside store suitable for bikes & surfboards etc. There is also complimentary Wi-Fi throughout and a smart TV.

In fact, there’s so much to see and do that if you’re not careful you’ll need another holiday!
