The Treehouse Hideaway is a unique holiday home in Blean, Kent, where you can stay in a beautiful and luxurious treehouse! We offer an unforgettable experience of sleeping up in the trees in stylish decor with excellent facilities.

Accommodation

Our stunning holiday home is six metres off the ground amongst willows, conifers and fruit trees. The treehouse is made up of two hexagonal pods joined together, which sit upon two tree trunk pedestals. The gorgeous holiday home offers all of the modern comforts expected of high quality accommodation, making us perfect for a memorable romantic experience for 2.

We have a fully fitted kitchen, open plan lounge, double bedroom, and bathroom with shower and wc. Outside we have a charming decked area which is ideal for a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.

Upstairs at the Cheese Market offers outstanding self catering accommodation in the centre of Hay-on-Wye. Our apartment is in a fantastic central position above the square whilst being perfect for those relaxing days as well. We are close to Hereford and great for a memorable holiday in Powys.

Accommodation

Our elegantly furnished apartment sleeps up to 2 people and is ideal for romantic getaway in a brilliant location. The apartment is brimming with natural light from the high ceiling and many windows, whilst boasting glorious views of Hay Castle and the bustling square.

This wonderful apartment is accessed by a gorgeous oak staircase, original to the building when it was a manorial courtroom. A relaxing living area, once a courtroom, cinema and church, offers a cosy yet stylish space to unwind in after a day of exploring the area. The room has a feature fireplace and comes with a Smart TV and DVD player. A large three-seater sofa and armchair offer lovely spots for reading a good book and you can savour superb views over Hay Castle from the large windows.

A well-equipped kitchen/diner comes with everything you need for making some delicious home-cooked meals. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, fridge (with small freezer compartment), microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle and toaster. We also have breakfast tea, herbal teas, ground coffee and store cupboard basics, such as salt and pepper and local cooking oil. On arrival, you can also look forward to wine and chocolates.

The bedroom has a comfy king-size double bed, perfect for a restful night’s sleep. Luxurious features include feather bedding and Egyptian cotton bed linen. There is also a built-in wardrobe and DAB Roberts Radio. The en suite shower room includes a toilet and heated towel rail. Towels and guest soap are provided.

Visiting Hay-on-Wye & Exploring Powys

Hay-on-Wye is renowned for its second-hand bookshops, literary festival and glorious local scenery. You visit one of the many independent boutiques or enjoy amazing natural beauty at the Black Mountains or the Brecon Beacons. Running below Hay is the River Wye, popular for canoeing, with lots of companies providing canoe hire. Accommodation

We are great for a family or group holiday in a great location. Right on our doorstep is the coast and lush country. This stylish accommodation sleeps 6 people and is finished to a high standard.

Inside there is a cosy open plan living space with comfy seating, a toasty log burner, flatscreen smart TV and Bluetooth speaker. Picture windows take advantage of the breathtaking views. Enjoy some home-cooking in the fully-equipped kitchen that includes a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, double oven, Kitchen Aid kettle and toaster, plus a separate bar area including glass fronted drinks fridge and Nespresso coffee machine. Enjoy some delicious meals on the dining area that seats 8 people.

3 bedrooms are available. The master king room enjoys glorious sea views, whilst a twin room offers countryside views. A further double room is on the ground floor. In total, there are 2 bathrooms, a compact ground floor shower room and a family bathroom with a bath and rain shower. All bed linen and towels are included.

Outside there is a terrace area and picnic bench offering fabulous sea views. A rear gravelled garden comes with additional seating and BBQ equipment is provided for al fresco dining.

We are close to lots of scenic walking routes, offering the perfect way to admire the amazing natural landscape. Only a short walk away is a friendly village pub, whilst a 15 minute drive will take you to Hardy’s Monument. Apple Trees is situated in a very quiet residential cul-de-sac. The south-facing enclosed garden has a completely open aspect overlooking Holt Country Park. Not surprisingly the garden contains some fruit trees plus a patio area complete with BBQ and garden furniture. Holt is a fascinating Georgian town, wonderful for shopping and browsing its art and craft galleries, specialty food shops and its very own independent department store. Many lovely cafes, restaurants and pubs where you can enjoy a break and ‘people watch’.

Within easy reach are Blakeney, Cley and Wells which are a paradise for birds and wildlife. Cromer, Sheringham and Hunstanton are traditional seaside resorts. Burnham Market, known as ‘Chelsea on Sea’ and Sandringham, the Queens summer residence.
