Fairview Cottage offers much more than another rather pretty Welsh Cottage; It's only as you take a closer look, that the property reveals itself as a beautiful, modern and contemporary accommodation ideally situated in a stunning, scenic area of Saundersfoot, near Tenby in Pembrokeshire.

The ground floor space is open plan providing a full and well-equipped kitchen (including a Nespresso Coffee Machine) adjoining the Dining and Lounge areas. The whole space enjoys elevated panoramic views across the wooded valley through the six-metre wide glass doors stretching virtually the full width of the property. These can be opened to provide an almost seamless extension of the living space onto the patio area.

The fully enclosed garden wraps around the cottage with steps leading down from the drive to the entrance level and providing access to the rear patio and barbecue area.

Upstairs there is a double & two twin bedrooms simply & tastefully presented with quality furniture and beds to ensure a great night's sleep. The family bathroom is small & perfectly formed with bath & feature walk-in shower.

There is underfloor heating throughout the property means you will be snug even in the deepest winter but for those cosy nights in there's a glass-fronted wood-burning stove set into the wall.

Dogs are welcome only on the ground floor at no extra cost there is parking on the drive and an outside store suitable for bikes & surfboards etc. There is also complimentary Wi-Fi throughout and a smart TV.

In fact, there’s so much to see and do that if you’re not careful you’ll need another holiday! Sometimes it’s nice to just to leave the car and wander along the local coast – explore some rock pools, scramble across the rocks or just sit and watch the boats in the harbour – maybe indulging in a local ice cream or some fish & chips!

The Granary has stood here for 250 years but the water wheel finally stopped turning at the start of the 20th Century and the building was little used until 1998. Now, this beautifully converted luxury apartment is a ground-floor, completely independent self-catering accommodation with all the charm of the original building blended with a very contemporary living space.

All on one level and with easy private access from the drive the open plan living space is very well equipped for your holiday. Return from exploring the area and kick back on the stressless recliners and watch your favourite movie on the widescreen with surround sound.

All the furnishings are of high quality to help ensure nothing spoils your precious “down” time. Full underfloor heating ensures a cosy welcome even in the deepest winter. Outside there is a small garden to the side with a barbecue/seating area for your sole use.

The double bedroom has en suite shower & WC while the twin has en suite bathroom & WC so ideally suited to 2 couples or a small family. Walk out of your front door and across the country lane and you’re on the Miners Walk - once the route of the Saundersfoot Railway this now provides a wonderful & safe path leading to the beach & pub at Wiseman's Bridge (15-20 min.) and on to Saundersfoot - well suited to cycles & buggies too!
