Rye Lodge

Rye Lodge (non-decked) is a contemporary and comfortable three-bedroom property ideal for families or groups of friends. Accommodating up to six guests, it features an open-plan living area and a fully equipped kitchen containing all essential items, including cookware, crockery, cutlery, tea towels and washing-up liquid. The lodge includes two modern bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. Although it does not offer private decking, it provides easy access to outdoor space and convenient on-site parking in a peaceful countryside setting.

Isca Lodge

Isca Lodge with private decking is a spacious and stylish three-bedroom retreat that also sleeps up to six guests. It includes a generous open-plan living area with plush seating, a sociable dining space and a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for a self-catering stay. Two modern bathrooms, including one en-suite, complement the three beautifully furnished bedrooms, and both towels and bed linen are provided. The private decking offers a welcoming spot for morning coffee or evening drinks outdoors.

Isca Lodge (Non-Decked)

Isca Lodge (non-decked) provides the same level of comfort and style as its premium counterpart, offering a spacious layout suitable for up to six guests. This three-bedroom property includes an open-plan living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with essential cookware, utensils, crockery, cutlery, tea towels and cleaning supplies. It features two sleek bathrooms, one of which is en-suite, and high-quality bed linen and towels are included. While this version does not feature private decking, it still allows direct access to peaceful outdoor areas and offers convenient on-site parking.

Tertre Farm Holiday Homes, Vale, Guernsey, Channel Islands (Sleeps 1-13)

Tertre Farm Holiday Homes are nestled in a quiet part of Guernsey and have been converted from our old stable block. These listed out-buildings have been beautifully finished and are situated in a quiet lane in Vale. They are set between the shopping centre at "The Bridge", St. Sampsons and the award-winning beaches of L'Ancresse and Pembroke.

Each unit has the benefit of an adjacent off-road parking space, the homes also have a private outdoor amenity area, public telephone, outdoor drying facilities, and there is also a free tumble dryer. All the homes have been newly furnished and equipped to a high standard. They include TVs, DVD players and electric central heating. All linen and bedding is provided except beach towels.

The owners live in the farmhouse and are available at all times. A hot tub is also available.

Owl Studio for 2 adults, has an open plan living and dining area, with an oak, finished kitchen. There is a gallery double bedroom reached by an open staircase. Bathroom with bath and shower.

Swallow Cottage is for 4, with a double and twin bedroom downstairs, the open plan living area is on the first floor and is reached by an open wooden staircase. Bathroom with bath and shower.

Stable Flat is for 3, and is a ground floor flat with a double and single bedroom. Bathroom with shower. Ok for people with limited mobility, all on the ground floor.

The Hayloft Flat is for 4 and is a first floor flat reached by an open metal staircase. It has a double and twin bedroom. An additional folding bed is available for a child. Bathroom with shower.

A short walk will take you to 'The Bridge' our local shopping centre where you will find a supermarket, post office, a butcher, restaurants, pharmacy, bus stop, gift shop and banks.

Guernsey is an ideal destination for all. Whether you fancy taking a stroll along the beautiful cliff paths, wandering through the quiet country lanes or spending your days on the island’s many stunning beaches, Guernsey has something for everyone.
