The Coach House

The Coach House accommodates 5 adults, 1 child and 1 infant. Situated within the charming Victorian courtyard near the Seigneur’s horse and donkey stables, this recently renovated property spans two floors. The ground floor includes a kitchen and lounge/diner, while the first floor, accessed by steep steps, offers three bedrooms consisting of one double, one twin and one single room, along with a bathroom with a bath/shower. A separate shower room is also available. All first-floor rooms feature sloping ceilings. A Z-bed, cot and highchair are available upon request.

The Forge

The Forge sleeps 6 adults and 2 children. Located within the Victorian courtyard near the Seigneur’s horse and donkey stables, this renovated apartment spans two floors. The ground floor features a large lounge, a spacious kitchen, two twin bedrooms and a shower room. The first floor includes a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Two child Z beds and cots are available upon request.

The Barn

The Barn accommodates 6 adults and 2 children. Also situated within the Victorian courtyard, this renovated apartment spans two floors. The ground floor includes a large lounge, a spacious kitchen, two twin bedrooms and a shower room. The first floor offers two double bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The Lodge

The Lodge is a spacious three-bedroom duplex with a large private garden. The ground floor includes a lounge and dining area, a large kitchen, two double or twin bedrooms, a shower room and a separate kitchen. The first floor features a generous family attic bedroom with a double or twin bed and a day bed.

All guests enjoy continuous access to Samarès Manor Gardens, where a licensed café is open seven days a week.

Tertre Farm Holiday Homes are nestled in a quiet part of Guernsey and have been converted from our old stable block. These listed out-buildings have been beautifully finished and are situated in a quiet lane in Vale. They are set between the shopping centre at "The Bridge", St. Sampsons and the award-winning beaches of L'Ancresse and Pembroke.

Each unit has the benefit of an adjacent off-road parking space, the homes also have a private outdoor amenity area, public telephone, outdoor drying facilities, and there is also a free tumble dryer. All the homes have been newly furnished and equipped to a high standard. They include TVs, DVD players and electric central heating. All linen and bedding is provided except beach towels.

The owners live in the farmhouse and are available at all times. A hot tub is also available.

Owl Studio for 2 adults, has an open plan living and dining area, with an oak, finished kitchen. There is a gallery double bedroom reached by an open staircase. Bathroom with bath and shower.

Swallow Cottage is for 4, with a double and twin bedroom downstairs, the open plan living area is on the first floor and is reached by an open wooden staircase. Bathroom with bath and shower.

Stable Flat is for 3, and is a ground floor flat with a double and single bedroom. Bathroom with shower. Ok for people with limited mobility, all on the ground floor.
