South-west facing with a dual aspect, the lounge enjoys breathtaking panoramic views and features French doors opening onto the patio and garden. The dining room, also south-west facing, has a table and chairs for five and shares the same impressive views.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric cooker, microwave, crockery, and all essential utensils, along with a table and chairs. An adjoining utility room and larder provide a fridge, deep freezer, worktop, and ample storage. Laundry facilities include a washing machine, iron and ironing board, washing basket, pegs, and a clothes airer, with a rotary clothesline available in the garden.

Visiting Blue Anchor & Exploring Somerset

The area offers numerous walking and cycling opportunities, with local maps provided. Dunster lies approximately two and a half miles across the fields, while Minehead is around three miles along the coast.
For those wishing to explore further afield, the edge of Exmoor National Park is only one mile away. The towns of Minehead and Watchet, an ancient seaport, are both around four miles away. Tropiquaria Animal and Adventure Park is also four miles away, and the main shopping centre of Taunton is approximately 20 miles from the property.
For a more relaxing pace, guests can simply sit on the patio or in the lounge and watch the steam trains pass by, or enjoy the sun setting over the sea or hills, depending on the season, bringing a peaceful end to the day.
