It has long been used both by visitors exploring Monmouthshire and by guests working in the renowned on-site recording studio. The studios and accommodation have hosted some of the world’s top recording artists. The iconic “Bohemian Rhapsody,” voted consistently as the most popular song of all time, was recorded here, along with two of Queen’s bestselling albums, A Night at the Opera and Sheer Heart Attack. Oasis spent six weeks here in the summer of 1995 while recording What’s the Story Morning Glory, and Nigel Kennedy also recorded in one of the studios during that period.
