Lin Cottage sleeps 3–4 guests plus a cot. The well-appointed kitchen includes a small dining table, dishwasher and everything needed for a relaxing stay. There are two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and hand basin, and a twin bedroom. The bath/shower room is located on the ground floor. Good Wi-Fi is available throughout.

Hay Cottage is a mirror image of Lin Cottage and also sleeps 3–4 guests plus a cot. It offers two bedrooms, including a king-size bedroom with hand basin and a twin room. Entered directly from the gardens, it benefits from extensive lawned areas ideal for relaxing, play and barbecues. The cottage sleeps 5–6 guests in a king four-poster bed, a double bedroom and two 3-foot single beds. A standout feature is the magnificent drawing room, with its tall ceiling, decorative plaster covings, marble fireplace and elegant chandelier lighting.

Courtyard Cottage

Courtyard Cottage sleeps 6 guests in one king bedroom and two twin bedrooms, which share a bathroom. The oak-beamed living room is full of character, while the fully equipped kitchen is perfect for home cooking.

Onsite Facilities

Guests at Torridge House Cottages are welcome to enjoy the onsite heated swimming pool, which includes a baby pool and is open from late May to mid-September, weather permitting. The grounds also offer a grass ball play area, extensive gardens for relaxing or playing, and a well-equipped games room with table tennis, pool, junior air hockey and table football. There is also a playroom featuring an indoor sandpit, home corner and a selection of push-along toys. Alternative therapies such as massage and reiki, as well as pottery experiences, are available nearby.

Torridge House Cottages are located on the edge of the small village of Little Torrington. The cottages and gardens are largely surrounded by open fields and private woodland with no public access, making the grounds exceptionally private and peaceful. Little Torrington itself is a tiny village with a church, village hall and a small number of homes. It lies just eight miles south of Bideford, around 20 minutes from the beaches at Westward Ho! and Instow, and approximately 30 minutes from Dartmoor. The historic town of Great Torrington is just two miles away.

Downstairs, there is a well-appointed kitchen with a small dining table and fridge, plus everything else needed to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. There are two bedrooms – one with a double bed plus hand basin and the second bedroom is a twin room. The bath/shower room is located downstairs.

Courtyard Cottage

Our delightful cottage sleeps 6 in a king room and 2 twin rooms. The rooms share a bathroom. A lovely oak beamed living room is bursting with character and the kitchen is fully-equipped for home cooking.

Onsite Facilities

Guests are welcome to use the onsite heated swimming pool with baby pool. The pool is open from end May to mid of September (weather permitting). Within the gardens and grounds, there is also a grass ball play area, lots of space to play or relax in the gardens, a games room with table tennis and pool, junior air hockey and table football, a playroom with indoor sandpit and home area plus a selection of push along with toys etc.
