Belvoir Castle is close by and is home to a shop and restaurant. A mile along the A52 towards Nottingham lies the village of Bottesford, which offers a post office, two small supermarkets, a church, pubs and restaurants.
With its position on the borders of Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire and Leicestershire, the property is ideally placed for visiting a wide range of attractions, including Belton House, Woolsthorpe Manor, Sherwood Forest and Lincoln Cathedral.
