Hartpiece Farm is on the edge of Exmoor and near North Devon's premiere town, Barnstaple. It is the ideal "home from home" for two to twenty-four guests. The 17th Century longhouse and two stone barns have been updated to cater for larger groups. With 10 bedrooms and indoor and outdoor eating areas, Hartpiece sleeps up to 22, with sofa beds for extra guests. Indoor amenities include a hot tub, sauna, games room and Wi-Fi. Outdoors there is a large patio area, gardens, wood and paths on our 100 acre organic and Countryside Stewardship farm.
Sleeping arrangements are flexible and described in detail on the layouts. There are 10 bedrooms: Two doubles in The Tappen, four doubles in The Hall and four in The Farm. Sofa beds and zip and link options add flexibility for additional guests. Beds are high quality and made up in advance with to guest specification. Fresh towels are laid out in readiness for your arrival.
Hartpiece offers flexible accommodation. The Great Room in the Hall measures 40’ x 25’ and the table tennis room (40’ x 24’) doubles as a reception or conference area. A feature brick-built charcoal BBQ and alfresco covered dining pavilion seats 22. The sauna, hot tub and games room are fun for guests of all ages. Everything is laid out flexibly. A bar area near the hot tub can be used for training sessions and the games room is perfect for formal receptions. Outdoors, tables and chairs can be arranged as you like on the decking and patios.
