The single storey accommodation offers two bedrooms. One large zip and link double which can be made into a twin and one small double. Bathroom with roll top bath separate shower, WC and heated towel rail. Lounge/kitchen/diner with TV, DVD and Freeview. Well equipped kitchen area with cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.
There is ample parking for two cars. Bed linen, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. travel cot & highchair available on request. Sorry, no dogs. Patio with picnic table. Shop two miles, pub one and half miles away.
Ideal location for touring Cornwall and Devon. Launceston Steam Railway, Boscastle, Tintagel with its Arthurian legend. Bodmin Moor for its lovely walks and Jamaica Inn. In the South Looe, Fowey, and Polperro. Numerous National Trust properties and garden such as Heligan Gardens and the Eden Project
