About No. 1 Regent Square

One bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second has two single beds and a fold-up bed available for an additional child guest. Both bedrooms have a television and hairdryer, and the twin room includes a TV with a built-in DVD player, ideal for children.

The modern bathroom offers a lovely roll-top bath and a walk-in shower.

The lounge is furnished with two sofas, a coffee table, a flat-screen television, and a sound bar.

The fitted kitchen includes an oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, washer/dryer, and a table with four chairs (a spare chair is stored under the stairs for a fifth guest). A small selection of tea, coffee, and sugar is provided, as well as cleaning items, dishwasher tablets, and non-bio clothes wash.

An iron and ironing board are also provided. All electricity and gas are included in the price, along with linen, towels, flannels, bath mats, dressing gowns, and slippers.

Bedroom and kitchen windows are fitted with blinds for privacy and lined curtains, while the kitchen and bathroom also feature roller blinds.

Private off-street parking for one car is available at the front of the property. Guests may hire an electric charging point from the hotel next door if required.
