Puddock Farm Pine Lodges are located in a peaceful and unspoilt area of Romney Marsh, providing an ideal setting to relax and enjoy the surrounding countryside. Guests can unwind in cosy pine log cabins or sit out on a private south-facing decked verandah, taking in panoramic views across the fields towards Stone Cliff. With birdsong throughout the day, beautiful sunsets in the evening and clear night skies filled with stars, it is the perfect place to slow down and appreciate nature.

New Puddledock
This brand new lodge sleeps up to six guests and features three bedrooms, including a main en suite bedroom and two twin rooms. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric oven and microwave. A spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area provides a comfortable space for relaxing together.

Tore Petty
Sleeping two guests, this luxury lodge for couples is ideal for honeymoons or a relaxing break away from everyday life. Guests can enjoy watching the sunset from the decked verandah while sipping a drink. The lodge features a king size four-poster bed, an en suite bathroom with a corner spa bath, Mira shower and sauna. The living area offers panoramic views and includes two rattan chairs with footstools, a TV and DVD player. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a stainless steel fan oven, halogen hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

Rainbow Petty
This lodge sleeps up to six guests and includes two bathrooms, with the master bedroom featuring an en suite shower room. The property is ideal for walkers in any season as it offers an entrance lobby with a cupboard for outdoor clothing. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-sized dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine. The light and beautifully furnished living area includes a TV and DVD player, while outside there is a generous decked veranda with a table and chairs.

Visiting Brookland & Exploring Kent

There are many attractions to enjoy in the surrounding area. Guests can visit the Designer Outlet Centre at Ashford, the sandy beaches at Camber Sands, or enjoy a journey on the Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch Miniature Railway. The Kent and East Sussex Railway at Tenterden is also nearby.

Nature lovers can explore the RSPB reserves at Rye Harbour and Dungeness, while several National Trust properties are within easy reach, including Sissinghurst, Bodiam Castle and Lamb House in Rye.

Seabreeze Holiday Apartments offer self-catering accommodation for family holidays in a prime position right on the seafront at Dymchurch, boasting amazing sea views. We are based in the South-East corner of Kent and have a great base for exploring the area.

The village of Dymchurch is a traditional holiday destination and is well-known for its miles of sandy beaches, specialist shops, pubs, restaurants, funfair and amusements.

The Top Apartment:

The Top-floor Apartment offers spectacular panoramic views from Folkestone to Dungeness, and across the English Channel towards France. The apartment sleeps 4 but we can provide an additional guest bed for a surcharge. It is accessed by a small flight of outside stairs. There is a well-equipped kitchen-diner with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, deep freeze, washing machine and ironing facilities. The living room features a built-in bar, sofa bed (which can sleep an additional two people), armchairs, a wall-mounted fire and a TV with Freeview and DVD player. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. Both rooms have fitted wardrobes. An additional folding bed is available if required. The bathroom has a bath, electric shower, WC, washbasin and electric shaver point. Central heating is by electric storage heaters.

The Garden Apartment:

The Garden Apartment is reached from the garden. A flight of steps leads to the sea and sands. The apartment sleeps 5. There is a well-equipped kitchen diner with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge and deep freeze. A washing machine and ironing facilities are provided in the nearby utility room. The living room has a wall-mounted fire and TV with Freeview and a DVD player. The patio, with its own furniture, is accessed from the living room. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with three single beds. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The bathroom has a bath, separate shower cubicle, WC, washbasin and electric shaver point. The apartment has gas-fired central heating.

It is situated on the Romney Marsh, sometimes called the fifth quarter of the globe, and famous for its sheep, historic churches, and tales of smuggling.

The world-famous Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch Railway, with its fleet of historic steam and diesel locomotives, follows the coast from Hythe via Dymchurch and New Romney, to Dungeness, with its lighthouses and sea fishing.

The towns of Rye, Folkestone and Dover are all within easy reach - and, while you're in the area, why not pop across to France for the day?
