Tore Petty
Sleeping two guests, this luxury lodge for couples is ideal for honeymoons or a relaxing break away from everyday life. Guests can enjoy watching the sunset from the decked verandah while sipping a drink. The lodge features a king size four-poster bed, an en suite bathroom with a corner spa bath, Mira shower and sauna. The living area offers panoramic views and includes two rattan chairs with footstools, a TV and DVD player. Rainbow Petty

West Withy Farm Holiday Cottages comprises two self-catering cottages located on the eastern side of Exmoor at Dulverton, close to Wimbleball Lake. Set within a peaceful rural landscape, the cottages provide an ideal base for exploring Exmoor National Park while enjoying comfort, space and beautiful countryside surroundings.

Stable Cottage (Sleeps 4 + Cot)
Stable Cottage is a detached, single-storey cottage offering contemporary open-plan living. The spacious lounge, dining and kitchen area overlooks the garden and enjoys views across the on-site lake. The cottage sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed with built-in wardrobe and above-bed artwork, while the second bedroom has twin single beds that can be converted into a super-king bed if preferred.

The fully integrated kitchen includes double sink bowls, a tall Liebherr fridge, Smeg extractor with over-hob lighting, dishwasher and washing machine, all set beneath five metres of granite worktop. A full range of kitchen equipment and utensils is provided, along with a solid pine dining table and seating for four. The lounge area is furnished with a three-seater sofa, two armchairs, flat-screen TV, video, DVD player and a gas-fired log burner.

Upton Cottage (Sleeps 5 + Cot)
Upton Cottage offers generous open-plan living space designed for contemporary comfort. The fully integrated kitchen includes dual Neff ovens, dishwasher, washing machine, extractor with over-hob lighting and a standalone freezer, set beneath four metres of granite worktop. A full range of kitchen equipment and utensils is provided, along with a solid pine dining table and six chairs.

The lounge area features a three-seater sofa, two armchairs, flat-screen TV, video, DVD player and a gas-fired log burner. The cottage sleeps five guests across three bedrooms. The master bedroom is dual aspect and features a large double bed, built-in wardrobe and en-suite WC. The second bedroom has twin single beds that can be converted into a super-king bed and is spacious enough to accommodate a cot or camp bed if required. The third bedroom is a single room with built-in wardrobe.

Outside, Upton Cottage has a very large, fully enclosed, dog-friendly lawned garden of approximately 500 square metres, with views across open fields towards Haddon Hill. Garden furniture is provided for outdoor dining, along with external clothes drying facilities.

On-Site Features
Children can enjoy fishing on site, and telescopes are available for guests to make the most of the dark skies. West Withy Farm is located within the Exmoor Dark Sky Reserve, making it ideal for stargazing. Both cottage gardens are fully enclosed, making them especially suitable for families with children and pets.

Visiting the Area
Exmoor offers a diverse range of landscapes and habitats, allowing visitors to tailor their holiday to their own interests. As Europe’s first International Dark Sky Reserve, Exmoor is a haven for stargazers, and West Withy Farm’s gardens and grounds are perfectly suited for night-sky viewing.
