Colley Farm Cottages, Congleton, Cheshire (Sleeps 1-4)


Colley Farm Cottages near Congleton offers delightful self catering accommodation, surrounded by gorgeous countryside. We are near Macclesfield, Leek and the spa town of Buxton, making us the ideal location for exploring Cheshire.

Accommodation
Our two cosy cottages are nestled on our working farm, home to sheep, lambs, beef cattle and calves. We are perfect for an authentic rural experience. Both cottages are tastefully furnished and well-equipped to suit all your needs. Outside each cottage, there is a patio area with outdoor furniture and a BBQ for al fresco dining when the sun is shining.

Swallows Barn Cottage
Our traditional former cow shippon/grain store now offers modern accommodation. The cottage is brimming with character and retains original features, including original beams. The large cottage has been finished to a high standard and sleeps 4 people in 2 double/twin en suite rooms.

A lovely open plan living/dining/kitchen area will suit all your needs. A toasty wood burner and underfloor heating will keep you warm in the winter months. The new kitchen is well-equipped with a range of appliances. A downstairs WC and utility room with a washer/dryer machine are available.

Farmhouse Cottage
This charming property is adjacent to Swallows Barn Cottage and sleeps 2 people in a queen-size en suite. Unwind in the open plan living/dining/kitchen area that offers original attractive beams and an open fire.

Onsite we have a stream for fishing and stabling for two horses, both for an additional charge.

Visiting Congleton & Exploring Cheshire
The local area has an abundance of stunning countryside to enjoy, a paradise for walkers and cyclists. You can also visit Macclesfield Forest, just a 20-minute drive away. Enjoy an adrenaline-filled day out at Alton Towers or visit historic Chatsworth House. The wonderful Tittesworth and Langley reservoirs and Rudyard Lake are just a 15 minutes drive away. Great attractions to visit include:

Brook House Farm Barn, Scamblesby, Louth, Lincolnshire (Sleeps 10-12)


Brook House Farm Barn is in the village of Scamblesby in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, giving excellent access to footpaths including the Viking Way, bridleways and meandering country lanes. This 200 year old barn conversion provides high-quality accommodation for up to 12 people wanting to enjoy a quiet family/ friends holiday or break away. Brook House Farm Cottage can also be booked to give accommodation for up to 16 people.

Accommodation
The Barn is great for a family or group holiday in a tranquil setting. The barn boasts original 18th Century beams and underfloor heating.

The ground floor has a large lounge with a TV and DVD player, as well as panoramic views over the Wolds countryside. A large fully equipped kitchen/dining area comes with a range of appliances for home-dining. A utility room with washing machine is also available.

There are 5 bedrooms, all with ensuite shower rooms. The two bedrooms on the ground floor have wet rooms. Three bedrooms on the first floor have conventional shower rooms.

The bed arrangements are: a twin bedroom (ground floor), a king bedroom (ground floor), a double bedroom with an extra set of bunk beds, a double bedroom and a four single beds bedroom. Choose combinations of beds to sleep a max of 12.

Outside there is a patio and open area with a picnic table and a BBQ for al fresco dining in the afternoon sun.

Visiting Scamblesby & Exploring Lincolnshire
The historic market towns of Louth and Horncastle are easily accessed (15 minute drive). Lincoln, Boston and Skegness and the beaches of Sutton-on-Sea, Huttoft and Anderby Creek are around a half hour away. Fancy a day at the races? Visit Market Rasen with its racecourse. The Viking Way passes through the village and Cadwell Park racing circuit is nearby. Superb attractions to visit include:

Panbride House, Carnoustie, Angus (Sleeps 1-7)


Panbride House near Carnoustie offers luxury self catering accommodation. Based in a lovely area of Angus, our apartments have use of a range of excellent facilities.

Accommodation
We have an array of two and three-bedroom apartments, all of which are finished to a high standard to suit all your needs. All the apartments come with cosy living areas, well-equipped kitchens, beautiful bedrooms and modern bathrooms.

All the apartments have shared use of a range of superb facilities, including 3 luxury hot tubs (booking required), tennis court, a basketball hoop and football net in the garden and free membership for the onsite Impact Fitness gym.

The Servants Hall
The charming apartment sleeps 7 people in 3 bedrooms, all of which come with super-king beds that can be made as singles. A single roll-away bed is also available. The master room has en suite facilities. The kitchen is well-equipped with an American fridge-freezer, double oven, dishwasher, washer-dryer and espresso machine. The living area has a wood burner and there is a wet-room family bathroom.

Courtyard Apartment
This quirky two-bedroom apartment sleeps 6 in a super king en suite bedroom that can be made as a twin and a king room, plus a double sofa bed in the living area. A family bathroom is also available. The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, washer-dryer and espresso maker.

The Gardeners Cottage
Our spacious cottage sleeps 7 in 3 bedrooms: 1 super king that can be made as a twin, 1 king room and 1 twin room, plus a fold-out single in the living room. Downstairs there is a family bathroom and upstairs there is a shower room. The well-equipped kitchen includes a large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer and espresso machine. Outside there is a private rear courtyard with seating and a BBQ for al fresco dining.

The Carriage House
This delightful cottage sleeps 4 people in 1 super-king bedroom and 1 twin. The rooms share a family bathroom with a shower over bath. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a dishwasher, washer dryer and espresso machine. Unwind in front of the large TV in the living room. Outside there is a private rear courtyard to relax in.

The Tack Room
Our beautifully furnished apartment sleeps 4 in two super-king rooms that can be split into twins. The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, washer dryer and espresso machine. All the rooms have large TVs.

The Hay Loft
This cosy property sleeps 6 in a super-king master bedroom with en suite facilities, a second super-king bedroom that can be made a twin and a third super-king that can also be made as a twin. Enjoy some home cooking in the open plan kitchen area, whilst the living area has a TV and toasty wood burner.
The Horse Stalls
Our lovely open plan apartment sleeps 6 in 3 super-king rooms that can be made as twins. Two of the rooms come with en suites and there is also a family bathroom. The well-equipped kitchen and an American Fridge-Freezer, espresso machine, dishwasher and washer-dryer. The living area has a wood burner and all the rooms have a smart TV.

The Grooms Bothy
This superb open plan apartment sleeps 4 in a mezzanine master bedroom with a lavish super king en suite and a downstairs king that can be made a twin and includes a wet room. The well-equipped kitchen has an American fridge-freezer, espresso machine, dishwasher and washer-dryer.

The Lodge
Our superb lodge is the gatehouse of the property, offering a large, heated log cabin with an additional TV room, private hot tub and patios. Three bedrooms are available, 1 super-king en suite, 1 king that can be made as a twin and one bunk room. The open plan kitchen comes with a double oven, dishwasher and washer dryer.

Visiting Carnoustie & Exploring Angus
We are only 0.5 miles from Carnoustie and a short stroll from its’ renowned golf course, beach, children's park and amenities. We are also on the bus-route to Dundee and Arbroath, whilst Carnoustie train station is just 1 mile away. You can also enjoy a range of scenic walks in the area, great for outdoor lovers. Great attractions to visit include:

Knowle Farm Cottages in Rattery offers modern self catering accommodation in 6 charming cottages. Situated in 44 acres of lush countryside near Totnes in Devon, we are ideal for a memorable holiday away.

Knowle Farm is in the heart of South Devon is a paradise for little children with donkeys, pigs, rabbits and animals galore - open your cottage door and the chickens and ducks will be waiting for your children to feed them. Knowle Farm dates back to the 17th Century and all of the cottages have been lovingly converted from barns. The majority have original thick stone walls and are full of character.

Woodbine - sleeps 8 plus cots
The wonderful holiday home is largely open plan and includes a galleried living area with wood burning stove, leather sofas and 42-inch flat-screen Freesat HD TV. There is an elegant dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a range of excellent appliances. There are 4 bedrooms: 1 ground floor double., 1 double, 1 twin and 1 bunk bedroom. There is also a separate bathroom/WC with over-bath shower.

Moncks Green - sleeps 6 plus a cot
The superb property is an upside-down cottage: downstairs are three bedrooms: 1 king-size double with luxury 300 thread count cotton Dorma bed linen, 1 twin and 1 bunk bedded room. There is a separate bathroom/WC with shower attachment. There is also a comfortable and spacious living room with 42-inch flatscreen Freesat HD TV.

Applecross - sleeps 4 plus a cot
The charming upside down cottage has 2 bedrooms: 1 king-size double and 1 bunk bedded. The king features 300 thread count luxury Dorma bed linen. There is a separate bathroom/WC with over-bath shower. Upstairs is a delightful open plan living/dining area with wood-burning stove and a well equipped kitchen.

Clematis - sleeps 2 plus a child or cot
The single-storey cottage has a lovely fully equipped kitchen and cosy living/dining area with 32-inch flatscreen Freesat HD TV. There is a wood-burning stove and a chair bed which converts to a single bed for one child. The pretty double bedroom has a sloping ceiling, a stone and wood-panelled outer wall and an en suite bathroom/WC with over-bath shower. Luxury Dorma bed linen helps to ensure a comfortable and cosy night's sleep.

Foxglove & Cow mumble (each sleep 4 plus cots)
Foxglove and Cow mumble are two-bedroom cottages and each will sleep up to four plus a cot. Like Applecross, they are 'upside down' cottages. Downstairs are 2 bedrooms: 1 double with king-size bed and 1 with a twin-bedded room. There is a separate bathroom/WC with over-bath shower. Upstairs is an open plan living/dining area and a well equipped kitchen area including a dishwasher. Foxglove is very slightly larger (a matter of inches) to allow for a more gentle staircase and slightly larger bathroom - it is, therefore, more suitable for the partially disabled.

We have a range of superb facilities available: with the indoor heated pool and purpose-built an indoor soft play area for toddlers (including ball pool, slide, tunnels, loft-house and many other toys) along with tennis, table tennis, pool table and outdoor play areas, there is plenty to keep everyone happy.

Visiting Rattery & Exploring South Devon
The area offers a whole host of local attractions and there is an excellent 11th Century local village pub that is child-friendly. With wonderful sandy beaches within a half-hour drive, the central location makes this is an ideal place for enjoying the lovely coastline that Devon has to offer and exploring the many delights of the area, including Dartmoor National Park which is right on the doorstep. Upstairs at the Cheese Market offers outstanding self catering accommodation in the centre of Hay-on-Wye. Our apartment is in a fantastic central position above the square whilst being perfect for those relaxing days as well. We are close to Hereford and great for a memorable holiday in Powys.

Accommodation
Our elegantly furnished apartment sleeps up to 2 people and is ideal for romantic getaway in a brilliant location. The apartment is brimming with natural light from the high ceiling and many windows, whilst boasting glorious views of Hay Castle and the bustling square.

This wonderful apartment is accessed by a gorgeous oak staircase, original to the building when it was a manorial courtroom. A relaxing living area, once a courtroom, cinema and church, offers a cosy yet stylish space to unwind in after a day of exploring the area. The room has a feature fireplace and comes with a Smart TV and DVD player. A large three-seater sofa and armchair offer lovely spots for reading a good book and you can savour superb views over Hay Castle from the large windows.

A well-equipped kitchen/diner comes with everything you need for making some delicious home-cooked meals. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, fridge (with small freezer compartment), microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle and toaster. We also have breakfast tea, herbal teas, ground coffee and store cupboard basics, such as salt and pepper and local cooking oil. On arrival, you can also look forward to wine and chocolates.

The bedroom has a comfy king-size double bed, perfect for a restful night’s sleep. Luxurious features include feather bedding and Egyptian cotton bed linen. There is also a built-in wardrobe and DAB Roberts Radio. The en suite shower room includes a toilet and heated towel rail. Towels and guest soap are provided.

Accommodation
Our luxury cabin is the perfect place to escape from the pressures of modern life, based in a glorious country setting. The lodge sleeps 6 people and is finished to a high standard to suit all your needs.

Inside this beautifully furnished cabin is a lovely open plan kitchen and living area with a toasty wood burner for those chilly days. The living area includes comfy seating and smart TV to watch your favourite show. The patio doors offer spectacular countryside views. Enjoy some home cooking in the fully-equipped kitchen that comes with a range of appliances: oven/hob, integrated dishwasher and fridge freezer and a washing machine/tumble dryer.

Two bedrooms are available. A ground-floor master room is furnished in Harris Tweed and boasts a luxury memory foam mattress with soft bed linen. The room enjoys glorious views toward Cairn o' Mount. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with an open plan seating area including a double sofa bed. A bathroom has a high-pressure shower with complimentary Shetland soaps.

Our lovely farmhouse sleeps 8 people, ideal for a family or group getaway. The house sleeps 8 people in 3 double or twin bedrooms (including 1 en suite) upstairs, plus 1 downstairs twin room. A separate bathroom with a bath and power shower is downstairs, plus a downstairs WC.

A spacious kitchen is perfect for home cooking and includes an AGA cooker. Enjoy some lovely meals in the dining room which comes with a log burner. Unwind in the sitting room after a day sightseeing and stay toasty in front of the log burner. Facilities include a smart TV, internet Wi-Fi and telephone, but no mobile reception.
