This fairy tale cottage is perfect for the ultimate romantic break. This luxurious and large cottage comes with its own secluded rear garden alongside the moat. The cottage enjoys stunning views over the water and parkland.
On the ground floor, there is an open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room. The well-equipped kitchen comes with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and a washing machine. You can relax in the living room which has comfy seating and BT Sport. Upstairs there is a large double bedroom with a king size bed and a modern bathroom with a walk-in wet room shower.
Banes Cottage:
This wonderful cottage sleeps up to 4 people and is made of traditional Norfolk brick and flint. The cottage is surrounded by unfenced lawns and lies within the grounds of Hindringham Hall. All the windows enjoy beautiful country views. A wonderful Brookman country style kitchen comes with a butlers sink and kitchen table. The comfortable sitting room comes with a coal fire, sofa and armchairs. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with an adjacent bathroom and twin bedded en suite room. Outside the cottage, there are recliners and a BBQ. A tennis court is available for guests to use.
The beaches and salt marshes of the North Norfolk Coast are just a 10 minute drive away. There are lots of RSPB reserves to visit and the traditional seaside towns of Cromer and Sheringham offer evening entertainment, golf courses, a splash centre and horse riding.

Jacobs Cottage is a charming self catering holiday cottage situated just a stone’s throw from the harbour and beach in the heart of the picturesque fishing village of Port Isaac. Full of character and quirky features, this holiday cottage is the ideal base for any holiday destination exploring this beautiful part of North Cornwall.
As you enter Jacobs Cottage, the welcoming atmosphere of the fully equipped kitchen/dining room with cosy wood burning stove creates a warm and comfortable environment. The main living room is on the first floor and features a flat-screen digital TV & DVD player and views of the calm narrow street below; a perfect area to unwind and watch the world go by. There is also a triple bedroom with a bunk bed and a separate single bed and shower room with further bedrooms including the main double bedroom on the second floor. There is also Wi-Fi internet access throughout.
Visitors are able to drive up to the cottage for the purposes of loading and unloading luggage however parking is at the top of the village in the main car park.
Please bear in mind that Jacobs Cottage is an old cottage full of character features these include, narrow stairs, fairly low ceilings and the cottage is of a limited size.
Port Isaac is famous for its narrow atmospheric streets, lively pubs and restaurants and charming shops and cafes. The harbour and beach are literally 50m down the road as is the Slipway Hotel and of course Doc Martin's house. You never know - your visit to Port Isaac might coincide with the filming of the popular series!

Swan Street Barn & Hayloft are a pair of beautifully appointed barn conversions at Charing Heath in Kent. Our holiday homes are a short drive from Ashford, nestled at the edge of the Kent Downs – a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Our accommodation is within the grounds of a 15th century hall house, on a 15-acre smallholding. We encourage guests to enjoy all our farm; explore the countryside, watch our free-range animals or join in on some of our farm activities.
Swan Street Barn:
A beautifully appointed holiday home with period features, sleeping up to 10 people. It offers accommodation for a combination of 6 to 8 adults and 2 to 4 children not exceeding the maximum group size of 10 persons. Two babies in travel cots can be accommodated in addition to the 10 people maximum.
There are 4 bedrooms available, 2 of which have en suite facilities.
Outside of the barn are two seating areas; a traditional & secluded cottage garden and outdoor courtyard with seating area for up to 10 people.

A spacious split-level entrance lobby is suitable for leaving shoes, coats, bikes, surf boards, etc. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor with sliding glass French doors which open onto a paved area with a bistro table and chairs. A lovely space for a spot of al fresco dining. The bathroom has a large shower cubicle, toilet, sink, vanity unit and shaving point. Upstairs comprises of an open plan kitchen, dining area with seating for 4 and a lounge area. Two attractive futon chairs in the lounge convert easily in to 2 extra single beds. A short walk from the property, down the stream-lined valley leads you to the hamlet of Bolingey with its popular 17th Century pub, the Bolingey Inn. The pub has been awarded the industry's Cask Marque standard for supplying excellent quality ale, and also offers traditional Cornish cream teas (scones, jam and clotted cream) during the day.
The seaside town of Perranporth is just over a mile away and boasts pubs and restaurants to suit every taste. You will also find a variety of shops, surf hire outlets for the more adventurous and a golf course. The jewel in the crown of the area is the popular surfing beach, 3 1/2 miles of golden sands, with rock pools and caves to investigate.
