Mount Folly Farm is a working farm situated in a wonderful location with panoramic views over Bigbury Bay and the River Avon in Kingsbridge, Devon.

Accommodation

This holiday cottage comfortably accommodates seven people. Upstairs there are three bedrooms – a main bedroom with a king size double and a single bed, another double and a third bedroom with bunk beds. Downstairs there is a large lounge including bay windows that look out to sea. The lounge has a Freeview digital TV, DVD, woodburning stove, dining table and sofas. Plus there is a large, fully equipped kitchen with dining area. There is also a separate toilet & washbasin and traditional hallway.

Appletrees offers self catering accommodation in the charming coastal town of Lyme Regis. Our family friendly holiday cottage is just a short walk away from the beach, making it the ideal base to explore Dorset’s Jurassic Coast.

Accommodation

Appletrees sleeps up to 8 people and is perfect for one or more families. Downstairs there is a light and airy, open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed with Freeview TV and then there is also a twin room and a single bedroom. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower.

Outside there is a fully enclosed garden with furniture and this leads to The Boathouse annex. This provides an extra two bedrooms - a king size double bedroom (which can be made as a twin room) and a single bedroom. The annex also has a shower room, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Cudden View Cottage is a very pretty holiday cottage in Marazion with fantastic view of Cudden Point.

Our holiday cottages sleeps 2 adults + baby and we have off street parking for one car.

First Floor - The fully fitted Kitchen features electric hob, grill and oven, separate microwave oven, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, filter coffee machine, cafetiere and toaster. There is a separate Dining Area with dining table and chairs (highchair also available).

The Lounge area has comfortable seating for two, TV with Freesat from Sky box, video recorder, DVD player, radio/CD player. The Lounge leads through French doors to the private Balcony with table and chairs, and spectacular views over Mount's Bay towards Cudden Point and the Lizard.

Ground Floor - Double Bedroom with king-size bed, built-in wardrobe/storage shelving, bedside tables and lamps. Beneath the stairs is a Washer/Dryer as well as storage space for suitcases etc. Bathroom with corner bath, hand basin, w.c., separate electric shower unit in 800mm cubicle, mirror with twin-power shaver point and light, heated towel rail, electric fan heater.

Electricity and water charges are included, and all bedding and bed linen, tea towels, loo paper, kitchen towel, cleaning and washing-up materials are provided at no extra cost. Also included on request are cot, highchair and stairgate. All you will need to bring is cot bedding (if applicable).

Marazion and the surrounding areas are extremely stunning and there are plenty of fabulous beaches to visit and lots to entertain the whole family.

Treford offers charming self catering accommodation at Riviere Towans chalet site in Phillack. We are nestled in a stunning location right on the beach and boast stunning sea views. You can visit the port town of Hayle and a range of brilliant attractions in Cornwall.

Accommodation

Our lovely chalet is perfect for a magical coastal getaway. The property sleeps 4 people and is well-equipped throughout.

Inside there is a well-equipped kitchen for home cooking, including a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. Unwind in the cosy living room after a day on the beach and savour the spectacular views. Sliding doors open onto a glass chrome balcony with chairs and a small table, ideal for a glass of wine in the afternoon sun.

Two bedrooms are available, including a double and bunk room. Both rooms share a bathroom with an electric shower over. All bed linen and towels are included, apart from bath and beach towels.

Outside there is a water tap and we provide a range of beach games, buckets, spades and nets and folding chairs.

Visiting Phillack & Exploring Cornwall

We are just a short stroll from the beach, home to 3 miles of golden sands. The beach offers some of Cornwall’s finest surfing spots, whilst body boarding and kite surfing etc can also be enjoyed. The area has lots of peaceful lanes for relaxing bike rides and nearby there is a general store and 2 pubs. A beach cafe at the top of the cliffs is available during the holiday season.
