Sleeping up to six guests, the cottage is ideally positioned for exploring the wider Cumbria area, while enjoying a peaceful riverside setting.

About Blandswath Cottage

The welcoming living room features a multi-fuel stove and comfortable sofas, providing a cosy space to relax. The well-equipped kitchen and dining area offer all the facilities and utensils needed for a self-catering stay, while a separate utility room includes a toilet, hand basin and washer/tumble dryer for added convenience.

Upstairs, there are four bedrooms, prepared and made ready for guests on arrival. The accommodation comprises two double bedrooms and two single bedrooms. A travel cot and high chair are available if required, although cot bedding is not provided.

Outside, the enclosed garden is ideal for families, with a children’s slide and sandpit, along with garden furniture and a BBQ. It provides a lovely space to relax and enjoy warm summer days with family and friends.

The grounds also benefit from a wildlife pond, small stream, mature woodland and a large field where sheep and spring lambs can be seen, plus bird tables/feeders offer bird watching throughout the year.
