Malston Mill Farm comprises six cottages in total, each accommodating between 1 and 6 guests, with a combined capacity of 21 when booked together.

Each cottage offers privacy, attention to detail and the comfort expected from a traditional English country cottage. Full of character and charm, the interiors feature colourful fabrics, high-quality carpets, stylish four-poster and half-tester beds for a restful night’s sleep, along with open fires and log burners for a warm, homely atmosphere.

Entry to High Barn is via a garden gate leading from a roadside parking bay suitable for two estate-size cars and one smaller vehicle. The enclosed garden offers a safe and inviting space for children and dogs, complete with a picnic table and barbecue—perfect for alfresco dining and outdoor relaxation.

Inside, the barn is arranged across two floors, warmed throughout by oil-fired central heating. The ground floor features a generous open-plan layout, with a large sitting room to the left, furnished with a wood-burning stove, TV, and DVD player. On the right, the kitchen/dining area is well equipped with a four-ring electric hob, double oven, microwave, and, during winter months, a traditional Aga stove, creating a homely and sociable atmosphere for meals and gatherings.

Upstairs, guests will find four inviting bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom is spacious and includes its own en-suite bathroom. In addition, there is a double room, a twin room, a smaller bedroom with two single beds, and a shared family bathroom.

Mount Folly Farm is a working farm situated in a wonderful location with panoramic views over Bigbury Bay and the River Avon in Kingsbridge, Devon.

Accommodation

This holiday cottage comfortably accommodates seven people. Upstairs there are three bedrooms – a main bedroom with a king size double and a single bed, another double and a third bedroom with bunk beds. Downstairs there is a large lounge including bay windows that look out to sea. The lounge has a Freeview digital TV, DVD, woodburning stove, dining table and sofas. Plus there is a large, fully equipped kitchen with dining area. There is also a separate toilet & washbasin and traditional hallway.
