High Barn is an exceptional stone barn conversion privately owned and capable of accommodating up to 8 adults or children. This remarkable property is situated in the heart of a Designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in South Devon, it is a mere 1 mile away from the pristine Erme estuary. Wonwell beach, with its expansive stretches of sand during low tide, provides the perfect setting for paddling and exploring with fishing nets. At high tide, it transforms into an idyllic spot for boating enthusiasts.

Access to High Barn is granted through a gate in the garden wall, leading from a roadside parking bay that can comfortably accommodate 2 large cars (estate size) and 1 small car. The garden itself is fully enclosed and features a picnic table and barbecue, providing a safe and enjoyable environment for young children and dogs.

The house boasts oil-fired central heating and spans across two floors. The ground floor offers a spacious and open-plan layout. On the left side, you will find a generously sized sitting room, complete with a wood-burning stove, TV, and DVD player.
