The Square in Kelso is a newly refurbished second floor flat. Situated in the centre of this pretty Borders market town the flat is the ideal base for exploring the Scottish Borders.

Large ceiling-to-floor windows make this a bright and comfortable flat with all 'mod cons' included.

The flat has three bedrooms; a kingsize, one that can be made as a double or twin, and a third with full-size bunk beds.

Kelso is a busy market town with plenty of pubs and restaurants to enjoy. Arguably one of the prettiest Border towns it sits next to the River Tweed and is popular with keen anglers fishing the Tweed for salmon. The streets of the town are cobbled and there are many interesting shops to browse in. During the summer, Floors Castle is a major tourist attraction and there are many events held at Springwood Park, home to the Border Union Show.

Middle Deck, St Ives, Cornwall (Sleeps 1-4)

Middle Deck offers self-catering accommodation in the seaside town of St Ives in Cornwall. The accommodation is located in a Grade II listed building that was built around 1830.

The self catering flat is just minutes from the harbour and a short walk from the beaches, shops and restaurants.

There are two bedroom, the first bedroom has a large double bed, wash basin, desk, chairs and plenty or storage space.

The second bedroom has two single beds and bedside lamps so you can read whilst in bed. Both of the rooms share the use of the bathroom that has a bath, WC, wash basin and mirror.

There is plenty to do in the local area including visiting one of the many beaches where you can sunbathe, build sandcastles, explore rock pools and learn to surf.

Guests can walk down to the harbour where there is a range of boats to see and guests could even try some crabbing. Around the harbour, there is a range of restaurants and waterfront attractions.

St Ives Museum can be easily reached from the self catering flat and provides a great place to visit when open from Easter to the end of October.

Sea Front Holiday Flats, Pwllheli, Gwynedd

Sea Front Holiday Flats are a collection of self catering flats located in a quiet cul de sac just yards from the Pwllheli beach, Gwynedd. The holiday flats have wonderful sea views and provide a great gateway for visiting the Llyn Peninsula.

These self contained flats all have sea views. There is a ground floor and first floor flat. The largest flat can accommodate up to 5 people in a double room, twin room and a single bedroom.

Both properties come well equipped with a flat screen TV, cooker, fridge, washing machine and microwave.

You only require own towels. It is an ideal place for water sports, fishing, golf and walking activities.

The town centre is only 10 minutes walk from the self catering flats where you will find shops, restaurants, a recreation ground, launderette, golf course and new marine. There is a leisure centre with swimming pool and tennis court at the back of the houses.

There are many interesting attractions to visit include Criccieth Castle, Harlech Castle, Anglesey Sea Zoo, Snowdon Mountain Railway and Segontium Roman Fort.
