The Finlaystone Barns are on the Finlaystone Estate, outside of Langbank near Port Glasgow. Our self catering holiday homes are a great base for those who are looking to explore Renfrewshire and visit the fascinating city of Glasgow.

We have two open-plan barns (East and West Barns) each suitable for up to three guests. A new family barn can accommodate up to six people (enclosed double bedroom, separate double or single and a sofa bed). The family barn is disabled friendly in design and is on the ground floor. It is ideal as a premium space for a couple, two couples or a family. The properties are all finished to a high standard. They are located within 10 acres of formal gardens and are surrounded by extensive woodlands to explore.

The estate is open to the public in the daytime but the visitors are not intrusive. At night time the place is wonderfully quiet.

Visitors can easily access many local places of interest, ranging from Glasgow to Loch Lomond. For horse lovers, the world-class Ingliston Equestrian centre is nearby and there are several world-class golf courses within an hour: Gleneagles, Royal Troon and Loch Lomond. It is a great base for any trip to the West of Scotland for business or pleasure.

Higher Churchtown Farm offers superb self-catering accommodation in the charming village of Tresmeer. Our 4 beautifully converted barns are in a wonderful countryside setting and boast spectacular views. We are a great holiday destination for friends and family looking to relax in a peaceful setting.

Our four beautifully furnished barns are spacious and come with many original features: including vaulted ceilings, exposed stone walls and beams. All of the properties have oak furniture, underfloor heating and heated towel rails in most bathrooms.

The properties share the use of a large garden area with an 18ft circular above-ground swimming pool. There is an additional ½-acre games field which is perfect for children to play in. Inside all the barns we provide a range of reading material, games, puzzles, DVDs and a 42’’ TV. The largest of the barns also houses a games room with a pool table, darts and board games, great for the whole family.

We are only 10 miles from the breathtaking North Cornish Coast and near a variety of brilliant attractions. You can surf, walk along the coastal path, play golf, fish, cycle or simply relax in an amazing setting. A shop is only 3 miles away and a pub and restaurant are 4 miles away.

Asheston Eco-Barns, Peycwn, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire (Sleeps 1-29)

Asheston Eco Barns are traditional Welsh stone farm buildings providing luxury holiday cottage accommodation in a sustainable environment. The Pembrokeshire barns have been rebuilt to the highest standard of finish whilst retaining as much as possible of the traditional fittings to ensure a beautiful setting for a family holiday.

There are five barns in total and they are attached to each other so this makes them ideal for larger extended family holidays where each can occupy their own Barn adjacent to each other (subject to availability of course). The barns do not have connecting doors. The barns are approached by a quarter-mile of private drive and there is ample parking to the rear of the barns.

All barns are furnished with antique furniture, fittings and traditional log burning stoves for those cosy nights in by the fire. All barns have geo-thermal underfloor heating making them constantly warm and a pleasure to walk on. Walk-in wet room showers and bathrooms are fed by fast high tech solar panels and large hot water tanks. Each barn has its own secluded landscaped area for dining al fresco or just for relaxing and watching the sunset with a glass of wine. Care has been taken to ensure access for those with restricted mobility providing bedrooms and wet room showers on the ground floor.

This is a beautiful Blue Flag sandy beach just 3 miles away. There is a path down from the Pen Y Cwm turning off the A487 or you can park in the car parks at either end of the beach. Newgale, famous for its surf offers surfboards, skis, surf canoes and wet suits for hire.

Little Upton Barn offers three superb self-catering holiday farm cottages at Little Upton Farm, situated only 5 minutes by car from Ryde and 10 minutes from the Fishbourne Ferry Terminal.
