Accommodation

This tastefully furnished cottage sleeps up to 4 people and boasts amazing views of the creek and boats sailing past.

Inside there is a cosy living area, a well-equipped kitchen and 2 modern bathrooms. French doors from the principal rooms lead to the garden area. In total, there are 2 bedrooms, both with en suite facilities.

Outside there is a delightful rear garden path which leads to a charming chalet on the water's edge which has electricity, water and a gas BBQ. We also have a private pontoon and slipway on the creek. The chalet and house both have decking areas with seating and tables, great for a glass or two whilst savouring the views.

Coach House

This lovely property is great for a relaxing break in a gorgeous countryside setting. The house is based down a private drive and you can enjoy the extensive grounds and garden.

Red Squirrel Lodge

Our delightful lodge is a barrier-free brand new build that is completely disabled friendly. The lodge sleeps up to six people with the use of a double en suite bedroom and two twin bedrooms. As well as the en suite there is also a large wet room.

The kitchen/diner is open plan and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped offering a microwave, oven, kettle, fridge, toaster, washing machine, cutlery, crockery and a range of cooking utensils. The living area offers comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV. Outside the self catering lodge there is a decking area that spreads around the sides of the lodge. There is also a large garden for guests to relax in.

The surrounding area is great for walking and there are many woodland walks available starting close to the farm. The local village is just one and a half miles away where you will find the local pub, local shop, a fish and chip shop, chemist and a post office. Enjoy some fabulous food around the dining table. Bi-fold doors open into the lovely garden.

Little Upton Barn offers superb self-catering holiday farm cottages at Little Upton Farm, situated only 5 minutes by car from Ryde and 10 minutes from the Fishbourne Ferry Terminal. The barns stand on a gentle hill facing south, on a 100-acre working farm with ponds, birds and animals. They can accommodate a total of 16 people.

Drayton Villas, St Helens, Ryde, Isle of Wight (Sleeps 1-4)

Drayton Villas are two lovely refurbished holiday apartments in the village of St Helens on the east coast of the Isle of Wight.

Each of the two self-catering apartments can sleep 4 people. The living room has a well-sprung sofa bed and there is also a double bedroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.

The first floor flat has full-size windows which open onto a sea view (almost a balcony), and the ground floor a sheltered garden complete with furniture and BBQ. Both flats have the benefit of Wi-Fi.

The major attraction of the apartments is the unique position situated on a quiet residential street which leads from St Helen's village green via Mill Lane to the sea. From the bottom of the lane, one can turn left at the Old Mill and walk across the Duver to the coast and perhaps sample the menu at Baywatch cafe or to the right to Bembridge Marina and the village, or more beaches and wooded walks.

At the top of the road is one of the two excellent restaurants of the green and across the green a general store which hardly ever closes and of course the village pub.

St Helen's Duver (a sandy dune area of coastline) and the shoreline around the area are noted for their extraordinary variety of maritime plants and wildlife, and much of the coastline in the immediate vicinity is under the care of the National Trust. Nevertheless, there are many child-friendly sandy beaches which are relatively quiet all year round. The larger resorts of Ryde, Shanklin and Sandown are only a short drive or bus trip away.
