Little Upton Barn offers superb self-catering holiday farm cottages at Little Upton Farm, situated only 5 minutes by car from Ryde and 10 minutes from the Fishbourne Ferry Terminal. The barns stand on a gentle hill facing south, on a 100-acre working farm with ponds, birds and animals. They can accommodate a total of 16 people.

Old Byre:

This wonderful property is beautifully furnished and comes with everything you need for a magical stay in a glorious location. The barn offers a modern finish and excellent facilities throughout.

Inside there 3 attractive bedrooms: 1 ground-floor king double en suite room, 1 first-floor king double en suite room with a balcony to unwind on and 1 twin en suite room. On the ground floor, there is a large open-plan living/kitchen/dining area to suit all your needs. French doors open onto a lovely terrace/patio area with furniture and a charcoal BBQ for al fresco dining whilst the sun is shining.

Tithe Barn:

Our gorgeous barn conversion is great for the ultimate countryside escape. The barn seamlessly blends original features with modern touches to offer high-quality accommodation.

In total, there are 3 beautiful bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is a king double room with an en suite wet room with doors that open onto a delightful patio area. On the first floor, there is a double en suite room and a twin en suite room. The ground floor offers a fabulous open-plan living/dining/kitchen area including fabulous beams and French doors that open onto the terrace.
