Accommodation

Our holiday home can comfortably sleep 4 people and is tastefully furnished throughout. There is ample driveway parking.

Downstairs we have a lounge/dining room with comfy seating, smart TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully fitted with a range of appliances including a fridge/freezer and dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle etc.

The upstairs accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The king-size bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower and bath. The second bedroom has a double bed and the bathroom has a bath with shower over.

We have a private garden and patio which comes with garden furniture, ideal for al fresco dining over a glass or two.

Visiting Burton & Exploring Dorset

We are near the town of Christchurch which has a beautiful coastline, countryside and a range of attractions. There are lots of shops to visit as well as places to eat and drink.

Mallard Cottage is a three bedroom semi detached house within walking distance of Christchurch town centre. This is the perfect base for exploring Dorset.

Mallard Cottage comes with three bedrooms: two with double beds and a third with two single beds. The master bedroom features a double 4x6ft bed along with a set of wardrobes and drawers for storage. The bedroom is on the first floor. It has easy access to the bathroom, kitchen and the lounge. The second and third bedrooms are on the second floor of the cottage.

Mallard Cottage is fitted with a Freeview Sky box for those quiet evenings in. The dining area has seating for up to 6 people. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a range of appliances to suit all your needs.
