This charming farmhouse sleeps up to 10 guests and has been superbly restored to provide high-quality modern accommodation.
The spacious farmhouse kitchen is fully equipped with a large electric range oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer. It also features an iPhone/iPad docking station and a large dining table seating up to 12 guests. The property benefits from two comfortable lounges, both furnished with leather chairs and sofas, flat screen TVs with Freeview, DVD players, games consoles, and bay windows overlooking open farm fields.
All bedrooms are located on the first floor and are beautifully furnished. The master bedroom includes a king size bed and an en suite bathroom. The remaining four bedrooms can be configured as either super king size beds or twins. Upstairs also includes a spacious family bathroom, a separate shower, and an additional large shower room. A WC is located downstairs. Two extra folding beds are available for children.
Outside, there is a large garden opening onto paddocks and farm fields. The garden includes seating and a patio area with a BBQ. There is also a small fish pond, which is safely covered by a grid.

Attractions such as York Dungeon offer an immersive journey through 2,000 years of history, while the National Railway Museum showcases 300 years of railway heritage. Clifford’s Tower provides panoramic views over the city and reflects its historical past.
Other nearby attractions include York Minster, Yorkshire Museum, Jorvik Viking Centre, Yorkshire Museum Gardens, Castle Howard, and York Maze.
