The farm offers three beautifully designed two-bedroom mews cottages, converted from the original stable block and cow sheds. Arranged around a charming stone courtyard, each property features fully tiled floors and benefits from energy-efficient, A-rated underfloor heating, ensuring comfort throughout the year.
The Tack Room – Sleeps 4
The Tack Room is a well-appointed cottage accommodating up to four guests. It features a king-size bedroom with a wardrobe, dressing table, and hairdryer, alongside a second bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe space, mirrors, and a vanity shelf. The property includes a fully tiled shower room and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. Underfloor heating runs throughout the cottage, while outside there is a fully enclosed garden and a gated parking area with two complimentary parking spaces.
The Stables – Sleeps 4 (up to 6 guests, max 4 adults)
The Stables is the largest of the three cottages and can accommodate up to six guests, with a maximum of four adults. It offers two bedrooms, including a king-size bedroom and a spacious family room featuring a king-size bed, single bed, sofa bed, dressing table, and wardrobe. The open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area is bright and welcoming, with a solid wood kitchen finished in grey and cream tones and wood-effect worktops. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, and tableware. The dining table seats four, with additional foldable chairs available.
The Feed Room – Sleeps 4
The Feed Room is a comfortable cottage suitable for up to four guests. It includes a double bedroom with a king-size bed, wardrobe, and dressing table, along with a twin bedroom featuring two wooden single beds and matching furnishings. Both bedrooms have tiled floors and benefit from underfloor heating. The modern shower room includes a power shower, WC, basin, heated towel rail, and skylight. The open-plan living area offers two comfortable sofas, a dining table for four, and a fully fitted kitchen with all essential appliances and utensils. Outside, guests can enjoy a shared courtyard with seating and lighting, as well as two on-site parking spaces.

Each cottage has been thoughtfully designed to provide a home-from-home experience. Guests benefit from free unlimited Wi-Fi, smart TVs in the lounge, and underfloor heating throughout. Nearby Flamborough Head is known for its dramatic white cliffs, walking trails, and iconic lighthouse.
Nature enthusiasts can visit Bempton Cliffs, an RSPB reserve famous for puffins and seabirds nesting along the cliffs. Sewerby Hall and Gardens provides a combination of history and landscaped grounds, while Fraisthorpe Beach offers wide open sands, ideal for peaceful walks and relaxation.
