Borrobol Cottages offers self-catering accommodation near Kinbrace, set beside the River Helmsdale in the beautiful Strath of Kildonan. The two estate cottages in Sutherland provide the perfect base for a relaxing getaway, surrounded by stunning scenery. Stays in either house include a boat and seasonal trout fishing on Loch Ascaig, along with the use of a canoe and kayak. For larger groups, both cottages can be booked together, accommodating parties of up to ten people.
The Gardener’s House
The Gardener’s House sleeps up to six people, making it ideal for families or groups. Dogs are welcome.

During the season, guests can enjoy fly fishing for wild brown trout on Loch Ascaig, while seasonal fishing is also available along the five-mile River Friadh. The area offers numerous walking and cycling routes, making it perfect for outdoor enthusiasts.
