The Treehouse offers distinctive self-catering accommodation in the charming village of Boat of Garten, Inverness-shire. Set within nearly an acre of mature Scots pine and birch woodland, it provides a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature.

Elevated on stilts to sit at tree level, the lodge enjoys stunning views of the Cairngorm Mountains. Sleeping up to seven guests, it is perfectly suited for families or groups.
The spacious open-plan lounge is designed for relaxation, featuring a smart TV, DVD player, log-burning stove, comfortable seating, Bluetooth music player, children’s books and games, plus a dining table seating up to eight. Large windows frame panoramic views of the Cairngorms.
The well-equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, two ovens, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, food processor, cafetiere, cookware and full crockery.
Three bedrooms provide flexible accommodation: one master super-king room, one twin room and one with a single bed and bunks. Both the super-king and bunk rooms are equipped with TVs and DVD players. Luxury feather-down duvets, quality bed linen and hair dryers are provided in every room. The bathroom offers a full-size bath and a separate rainfall shower.
Outdoors, a spacious high-level decking area comes with outdoor furniture and a BBQ, creating the perfect space for al fresco dining while enjoying views of the Strathspey Steam Railway, Boat of Garten Golf Course and the Cairngorm Mountains.
