The self catering cottage is 10 minutes walk on a bridle track from the centre of St. Davids with its array of tasteful shops, pubs, first class restaurants and bistros serving local lamb, Welsh Black beef and locally caught seafood.

The cottage sleeps two.

The bedroom has a king-size double bed, which can also be separated to form twin beds. Though designed for an occupancy of two, the cottage does offer a travel cot for a baby. It has a bathroom with shower/sit and an open plan sitting room with a wood burning stove, central heating, washing machine, T.V, and DVD player.

There is a well-equipped kitchen and dining area with a private patio and BBQ. A bookshelf is stacked with local maps, guides and reference books covering the cultural life of old and modern Wales.

Willow Barn

This charming accommodation has been converted to a high standard and includes an open plan living/dining room with TV, DVD player and dining table. The whole barn has underfloor heating and there is also a garden with BBQ.

Cherry Barn

This spacious barn has everything you need for a tranquil holiday. The kitchen is well equipped like Willow Barn and the living/dining room has a TV, DVD player, dining table and exposed beams. The barn also includes underfloor heating, a very large bedroom with double bed, single bed and pull-out bed. The bedroom has wonderful countryside views. This self catering barn also has a garden with a BBQ.

The Gatehouse

Our modern property offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The open plan living area has a sectioned off sleeping area containing a double bed. The living area has a flat-screen TV, DVD player and toasty wood burner. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the bathroom comes with a shower. Outside there is a lovely garden with a patio area for al fresco dining.

We give our guests that stay 4 or more nights, half a dozen Nutley Farm eggs, freshly made bread and homemade jam on arrival. You can also hire our Quatro spa hot tub or come and meet our small herd of alpacas.

Visiting Winfrith & Exploring Dorset

The self catering accommodation and farm are situated just four miles from the World Heritage Coastline which has Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door and is also great access for visiting Wareham, Dorchester, Weymouth, Poole and Bournemouth. The lounge has a panoramic wood burning stove which warms all the rooms and there is a 40 inch LED 3 D Smart TV with built in Wi-fi. There is off street parking for up to 5 cars and Lakeview is only a two minute walk from the lake and sand beach. There is a private decked area which overlooks the stunning countryside. There is a tennis court, private forest walk and large lawn - a perfect holiday home for your family with lots of outdoor space. Linen and towels are provided.

Stables

Our eco friendly barn conversion sleeps 4-5 people in two bedrooms, all on the ground floor. There is a modern, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, halogen hob, fridge & freezer, iron and board. There is a wood burning stove with exposed brick chimney, 32 inch LCD digital TV with satellite Freeview and DVD player. Both of the bedrooms have an en suite with two single beds which can be zip linked to make one super king bed. Wi-fi available throughout the house. There is a patio area and greenhouse outside. Linen and towels are provided.

Rafters

Rafters is on the top floor of our eco barn conversion and sleeps 4 people in two bedrooms. There are lovely views of the surrounding farmland from Rafters. There is a fully equipped, modern kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine/tumble drier, microwave, Halogen hob, fridge & freezer and the dining table seats 6 people. The living room has a leather suite with TV and DVD player. There is a double bedroom which can either have two single beds or a zip linked super king bed and there is a double sofa bed in a separate living room. The Rafters also has special features to be wheelchair friendly - please enquire for details. Rafters has a separate decked area with BBQ and garden furniture.

Facilities / Activities Available

There are outstanding facilities available at Fermanagh Self Catering with a private tennis court for guests use which can also be used for playing football on. Children are well entertained with trampoline, slide, climbing frame, swings, tree house, sand pit area and lots of outdoor toys. We have our own wood that you can walk through or play in. It is a short walk through the woods to the stunning lake and sandy beach. We also have a games room onsite with snooker/pool table, football table and a TV with Wii and games. These are all free for guests to enjoy.

We can also arrange licensed archery, cross bow, canoeing, segways, kayaking, bike or fishing hire, or hiring of a rowing boat is available by request (at a small extra cost). Hot tubs are also available.

Local Area

Fermanagh offers plenty to discover including the 60 acre lake which is a short stroll from the accommodation. This has a bird hide, 3.5km walk over land and water, fishing areas and beach/paddling area. Other places to visit nearby include:

Clock Farm House offers wonderful self catering accommodation 10 minutes from the centre of York. Our luxurious property in North Yorkshire is surrounded by beautiful countryside, making us the perfect town/country retreat.

Accommodation

This charming farmhouse sleeps up to 10 people and has been superbly restored to offer modern accommodation.

The large farmhouse kitchen comes with a large electric range oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer. The kitchen also has an iPhone/iPad docking station and a large table which seats up to 12 people. This property benefits from having two lounges to unwind in. Both come with leather chairs, sofas, flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD player, games console and lovely bay windows which look out to open farm fields.

All the bedrooms are on the first floor and beautifully furnished. The master en suite room comes with a king size bed and the four other bedrooms comes with super king size bed or twins. Upstairs there is also a spacious family bathroom, separate shower and further large shower room. Downstairs is a WC.

Outside is a large garden which opens onto paddocks and farm fields. The garden comes with seating and a BBQ is on the patio. There is also a small fish pond in the garden which is covered by a safety grid.

Accommodation

Our property was originally an 18th Century farm workers cottage and it has been beautifully renovated throughout ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay is had by all. We aim to provide a place that feels like a home from home, whilst offering a luxurious feel throughout. It’s still full of original features, which give Spring Cottage its charm, but of course, it’s full of the modern-day comforts that you have in your own home too, such as Wi-Fi and a dishwasher.

Enjoy some home cooking in the fully equipped kitchen that comes with a range of appliances. We call the dining room the family room, offering a multi-functional space to suit all your needs. Unwind on the sofa, catch your favourite show on the TV, listen to a few tunes or have lots of fun on the Wii. The room enjoys delightful garden views.

We have a separate lounge, offering a great space to unwind after the kids have gone to bed. This charming, beamed room comes with a toasty wood burner for those chilly days.

Upstairs we have 2 bedrooms and a bathroom available. The master bedroom comes with a comfy king-size bed for a restful night’s sleep. The second room comes with a twin bed. Both rooms share a bathroom with a free-standing luxury bathtub and a shower cubicle.

Chycoose Cottage Restronguet Point, Falmouth, Cornwall (Sleeps 1-5)

Chycoose Cottage is situated between Falmouth and Truro on the peaceful Restronguet Creek and offers self-catering holiday accommodation that is ideally located for exploring this corner of Cornwall. The holiday cottage is perfect for anyone who is looking to stay in the area and also for those wanting to discover the many beautiful areas which Cornwall has to offer.

Accommodation

The accommodation is spread over two floors, with an architect-designed mezzanine extension accessed via an open plan staircase. This comprises a spectacular living room with a glass-fronted balcony on the upper floor and the master bedroom with includes an en suite walk-in shower.

The French windows in the bedroom open directly onto the paved terrace so it is possible to lie in bed in the morning and watch and listen to all the wildlife activity outside (weather permitting!).

The main part of the cottage has a good-sized kitchen/dining area, again with doors leading directly out onto the terrace, the perfect place for outdoor meals and evening drinks. The fully fitted modern kitchen includes a large built-in fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine.

There is a separate utility room with washing machine and drier and a downstairs cloakroom. The upstairs accommodation comprises two further bedrooms, one double - twin beds which can be put together - and one single, with a family bathroom in between.

Visiting Restronguet Point & Exploring Cornwall

There is a pub, the Old Quay Inn, serving excellent food within walking distance and plenty more are easily reached by car. For garden lovers, there are The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Trelissick, Trebah and Glendurgan, all of which are nearby.
