There are four cottages to choose from, all enjoying beautiful views and a wide range of facilities. Pushen Island Cottage

Pushen Island Cottage is ideal for a relaxing countryside break. Downstairs, there is an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, along with a double bedroom and shower room. On the first floor, there are three additional bedrooms — two twins and one double — plus a family bathroom. The cottage is wheelchair accessible and includes a patio area for relaxing outdoors.

Ashley’s Lodge

Ashley’s Lodge is perfect for families or larger groups, sleeping up to 14 guests across five en suite bedrooms, including one bedroom with a luxurious bathtub. In total, there are five double beds and two singles. Originally built in 1916, the house has been thoughtfully updated to provide high-quality, spacious accommodation.

Blaney Bay Cottage

Blaney Bay Cottage sleeps three guests and is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Upstairs, a gallery area includes a double and single bed. On the ground floor, there is a cosy living area with a wood burner, a shower room and a well-equipped kitchen. A BBQ is provided for outdoor dining.

Blaney Island Cottage

Blaney Island Cottage offers generous accommodation, including three upstairs bedrooms — one double and two twins — plus a bathroom. A ground-floor double bedroom and shower room are also available. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area provides a sociable space to relax. Outside, a patio overlooks the lake, offering a peaceful place to unwind.

Onsite Facilities

Guests can enjoy the onsite spa and yoga centre, which offers yoga classes, massage treatments, as well as a hot tub and sauna. A children’s playground overlooks the lake, and visitors are welcome to explore the farm and stroll along the waterside. Rowing boats are available for hire, allowing guests to make the most of the surrounding lakeland setting.

Coach House

The Coach House sleeps up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms. There is a very well equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and a shared tumble drier. One of the bedrooms is en suite, plus there is another family bathroom and a WC with wash basin. 3 instant electric showers. The lounge has a log fire and 40 inc LED 3D Smart TV with built in Wi-fi. There is off street parking for up to 5 cars and there are views of the lake from the house. The sand beach and lake are only a two minute walk from the house and gardens. There is a tennis court, private forest walk and large lawn - a perfect holiday home for your family with lots of outdoor space. Linen and towels are provided.

Lakeview

Lakeview sleeps 4-5 people in 2 bedrooms. There is one en suite bathroom, one separate shower room and a bathroom with full size bath. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and a shared tumble drier. The lounge has a panoramic wood burning stove which warms all the rooms and there is a 40 inch LED 3 D Smart TV with built in Wi-fi. There is off street parking for up to 5 cars and Lakeview is only a two minute walk from the lake and sand beach. There is a private decked area which overlooks the stunning countryside. There is a tennis court, private forest walk and large lawn - a perfect holiday home for your family with lots of outdoor space. Linen and towels are provided.

Stables

Our eco friendly barn conversion sleeps 4-5 people in two bedrooms, all on the ground floor. There is a modern, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, halogen hob, fridge & freezer, iron and board. There is a wood burning stove with exposed brick chimney, 32 inch LCD digital TV with satellite Freeview and DVD player. Both of the bedrooms have an en suite with two single beds which can be zip linked to make one super king bed. Wi-fi available throughout the house. There is a patio area and greenhouse outside. Linen and towels are provided.

Rafters

Rafters is on the top floor of our eco barn conversion and sleeps 4 people in two bedrooms. There are lovely views of the surrounding farmland from Rafters. There is a fully equipped, modern kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine/tumble drier, microwave, Halogen hob, fridge & freezer and the dining table seats 6 people. The living room has a leather suite with TV and DVD player. There is a double bedroom which can either have two single beds or a zip linked super king bed and there is a double sofa bed in a separate living room. The Rafters also has special features to be wheelchair friendly - please enquire for details. Rafters has a separate decked area with BBQ and garden furniture.

Facilities / Activities Available

There are outstanding facilities available at Fermanagh Self Catering with a private tennis court for guests use which can also be used for playing football on. Children are well entertained with trampoline, slide, climbing frame, swings, tree house, sand pit area and lots of outdoor toys. We have our own wood that you can walk through or play in. It is a short walk through the woods to the stunning lake and sandy beach. We also have a games room onsite with snooker/pool table, football table and a TV with Wii and games. These are all free for guests to enjoy.

We can also arrange licensed archery, cross bow, canoeing, segways, kayaking, bike or fishing hire, or hiring of a rowing boat is available by request (at a small extra cost). Hot tubs are also available.

Local Area

Fermanagh offers plenty to discover including the 60 acre lake which is a short stroll from the accommodation. This has a bird hide, 3.5km walk over land and water, fishing areas and beach/paddling area. Other places to visit nearby include:

All the cottages enjoy glorious views and an array of excellent facilities, including cosy living areas, a fully-equipped kitchen for home cooking, modern bedrooms and contemporary bathrooms. Each cottage also boasts an outdoor area for al fresco dining in the evening sun.

Pushen Island Cottage:

This gorgeous cottage is great for a relaxing break in the country. Downstairs there is a lovely open-plan kitchen/dining/living area, as well as a double room and shower room. On the first floor are 3 attractive bedrooms, 2 twins and 1 double room, plus a bathroom. The cottage is accessible for wheelchairs and has a patio area to unwind on.

Ashley’s Lodge:

Our fantastic cottage is ideal for an unforgettable getaway, offering 3 upstairs bedrooms, including 1 double and 2 twins, plus a bathroom. A ground-floor double room and shower room are also available. The delightful open kitchen/dining/living area will suit all your needs. Unwind on the charming patio whilst savouring the amazing lake views.

Onsite we have a wonderful spa and yoga centre, offering yoga classes and massage treatments, as well as a hot tub and sauna. Overlooking the lake is a lovely playground for children. You are also welcome to explore the farm and wander around the waterside. Rowing boats are available for hire.
