Callow Barn is a 19th-century converted barn that combines traditional charm with modern features. It is comprised of two buildings joined at an angle, creating panoramic views from all rooms.

The property benefits from fast internet connectivity throughout. Inside, guests will find a cosy lounge with a wood-burning stove and Smart TV, providing a comfortable space to relax.

The fully equipped farmhouse kitchen is ideal for home cooking and includes a dishwasher, American-style fridge freezer and a modern electric range cooker with an induction hob.

The bedrooms consist of two king-size en-suite rooms, one double room and one single bedroom upstairs. A large family bathroom is also located upstairs and features a bath with a fixed shower. An additional single bedroom is located downstairs, adjacent to a WC and washbasin.

Outside, there is a private garden with a BBQ and garden furniture, perfect for al fresco dining while enjoying the beautiful valley views. The asphalt and cobbled yard area allows easy turning and provides off-road parking for up to five vehicles.

The Barn at Mead Farm has been lovingly rebuilt. It is nestled in Hope near Castleton and is a cosy retreat for up to 7 guests. The Barn can be rented out as 1 unit or 2 separate properties, depending on your requirements. Hope is an ideal base for those who want to explore Derbyshire and the Peak District National Park.

The original barn has been divided into two cottages. When refurbishing the building we have ensured that we rebuilt the property in the original stone. This means that it still has much history and character with all the comforts of modern living. When let together, our cottages can sleep up to 7. Both cottages are well-appointed and equipped, ensuring they have everything you need for an enjoyable break.

Walkers and cyclists are very welcome to stay with us. We have a separate laundry room from across the barn where you can leave any muddy gear or dry your outdoor clothing. Cyclists will also find puncture repair kits here. We also have a lockable store for any equipment.

Hope is just 2 miles from and is an ideal base for exploring the Peak District National Park. The village is only a short walk from the accommodation and has local shops and pubs.
