The Annexe is an ideal place for solo travellers or couples who are visiting the area for business or pleasure. The drive has ample space for parking. Leaving the car and using the frequent bus service, a short walk away, into the city centre avoids parking problems.
Tastefully decorated and furnished throughout, The Annexe includes everything you will need for a comfortable, self catering break. The accommodation comprises of a fully equipped kitchen, cosy sitting room with Freeview TV & DVD player, downstairs WC, spacious bedroom with views of the garden and surrounding countryside, good sized bathroom with large shower cubicle and bath.

The railway station is about 1½ miles from the property, near the city centre and on the nearby bus route. It serves London (1 hour), Southampton (& its airport), Portsmouth, Bournemouth and Weymouth (under 2 hours) as well as the Midlands and the north.
The bus to the town centre, via the railway station, is only a short walk away. Alternatively, taxis are always available.

Noteworthy Farm is in a beautiful part of Devon, just a short drive from Bude & Holsworthy. On the farm there are 4 static caravans available, offering comfortable accommodation for families of up to 6 people.
Noteworthy is based on a prize-winning working Angora goat farm sited within 12 acres, providing fibre for the arts and craft industry and offering craft workshops. The herd name is “Yanchella Angora Goats”, not only do they produce fantastic mohair, but they have also been used in films and TV. One of the more recent films is “Snow White & The Huntsman”. As well as the goats, the farm is also home to chickens and ducks. Guests of all ages enjoy saying hello to the prize herd and even learning how to spin mohair on a spindle!
Guests staying at the farm can choose from one of four static caravans. Each caravan includes a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable seating area, three bedrooms & parking adjacent. Duvets, pillows and bed linen are all supplied.

The town of Holsworthy is very interesting including its own rural museum and the smallest high street in the UK. The Old Watermill is a charming and unique property providing self catering accommodation whilst still retaining its original character. The holiday home is located on the outskirts of Great Doddington village which is close to Wellingborough, Northamptonshire.
The self-catering property can sleep 4 people in a four-poster en suite room and a twin/double room.

Tynllwyn Farm Cottages are 5 self-catering cottages that are set on the grounds of Tynllwyn Farm. The farm is accessed down a private driveway, just outside the Powys town of Welshpool. The holiday cottages are well equipped and surrounded by stunning countryside.

Market day is held every Monday.

Yurtcamp Devon is in a wonderful part of Devon, on the edge of Dartmoor National Park. The glamping site is the ultimate in glamorous camping, offering a range of beautiful yurts that are perfect for couples, friends and families. The yurts are set in 40-acres of stunning Devonshire woodland, making us the perfect place to stay for those who want a break away from the stresses of day to day living.
The yurts are fully equipped with everything you may require for your stay. They come with full-size beds, king size in the large yurts, with warm duvets and pillows. The large yurts also have partitions to create some privacy. For cooking, you have a camping gas stove and all the pots, pans, crockery and cutlery you require. A cool box with ice packs is provided and the packs can be refreshed from a supply in a deep freeze set aside for that purpose.
A short walk from the yurts is the toilet and shower block with separate male, female and disabled facilities including toilets, hot showers, hairdryers and mirrors, and plenty of hot water.

The contemporary yurts include everything you need for an enjoyable break. They are insulated, waterproof and have a solid locking door. Guests also love the viewing dome at the top of the yurt, allowing you to relax inside whilst looking at the sky.
We have 2 different types of yurts, the large sleeping 5 or 6 & the small sleeping 2 with room for a travel cot. Guests can then choose from a village or woodland setting.
With 40-acres of Devon countryside just waiting to be explored, guests need never leave the grounds if they don’t want to. The woodland is home to a huge array of wildlife, from magnificent birds of prey to resident wild deer. There are plenty of walks and routes just waiting to be explored as well as activities onsite that all ages can enjoy. This includes table tennis, swings & see-saws, sandpit, zip wire, full-size woodland assault course for children and adults & a large playing field for ball games.

Balnagore Moss Estate Three Cottages are situated on the undisturbed west coast of Arran in the hamlet of Machrie, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a haven for wildlife. Each house affords stunning views of the surrounding countryside; a mixture of sea, moorland and hills, with the famous Goat Fell peak in the distance. Less than a mile away is the Machriewater river for fishing, Machrie’s 9 hole golf course, tea room, tennis court and children’s play area. There is access here to the unspoilt seashore.
Three miles to the south is the village of Blackwaterfoot, which has a picturesque harbour and a mile of sandy, dog-friendly beaches, as well as Shiskine golf course and tearoom.
There is a Celtic fort on the nearby cliffs of Drumadoon Point.
Blackwaterfoot has a butcher, Post Office and licensed grocer, bakery, newsagent and gift shop.
The garage sells petrol, logs and kindling and car hire is available.
The Kinloch and Blackwaterfoot Hotels both have restaurants and a bar, and nearby is a hairdresser, art gallery and riding stables, and a children’s play area. The Kinloch Hotel has a swimming pool and squash courts open to the public.
Six miles to the north of Machrie is the village of Pirnmill, with a post office and licensed grocer and the excellent Lighthouse restaurant.
Three miles to the east of Machrie, across the moor, is the Balmichael Visitor Centre. It offers a range of local craft shops, a coffee shop and children’s activities, as well as laser shooting and archery.
The nearby Bridge Farm sells a variety of products and will deliver milk and other groceries on request.
The island is rich in archaeology and geological interest.
Cycle/car hire is available in Brodick, car hire in Blackwaterfoot.
Brodick is home to the Arran Heritage Museum.

The Settle/Carlisle railway is close by and there are a myriad of pretty villages to discover.
