Norcott 2 Holiday Cottage is in the village of Kingsand, at the edge of the Rame Peninsula just ten miles from Plymouth in Cornwall. The holiday cottage occupies a stunning location alongside the sea wall and has been completely refurbished throughout to provide comfortable self-catering accommodation for up to six people.

The holiday home is a bright pink property that occupies a corner spot, with wonderful views of the Cornish coast. Our holiday accommodation has recently been completely refurbished and includes a living room with satellite TV and DVD, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, a master bedroom with en suite bathroom and a smaller bedroom with two bunk beds. The property has central heating for the comfort of winter guests. All electricity costs are included in our rates.

Sometimes known as “Cornwall’s Forgotten Corner” the Rame Peninsular has been largely ignored by the holidaymakers rushing down the A38 on their way to the beaches. It is a tranquil rural environment surrounded by clean beaches. Whitsand Bay cannot be accessed directly by car but the walk down the steep cliff paths will be well rewarded.

With the waves gently lapping up against the sea wall, an almost complete lack of traffic and the fresh sea air coming straight off the Atlantic Ocean (prevailing wind) this is a most relaxing environment which the family owners have enjoyed greatly over recent years and now you can share that pleasure.

Sparrow's Nest offers excellent self-catering accommodation less than 2 miles from the beaches at Dawlish and Dawlish Warren. Located in a picturesque countryside setting in Devon, they boast stunning views over the Haldon Hills and fields.

This superb cottage is surrounded by farmland, perfect for nature lovers looking for somewhere idyllic to stay. The property is tastefully furnished throughout.

You can unwind in the pretty enclosed garden which comes with a picnic table. A brilliant spot for al-fresco dining whilst savouring the glorious views.

They are in a fantastic location to visit lots of great attractions in the area. You can visit wonderful beaches at Dawlish Warren, Dawlish, Teignmouth and Torbay. The South West Coastal Path is ideal for keen walkers and Dawlish Warren Nature Reserve is fascinating particularly for birds. Excellent attractions in the area include:

Exe Estuary.
Dawlish Warren and Cliffs.
RSPB Labrador Bay Nature Reserve.
Cockington Court.
