The Annexe offers charming self catering accommodation near Winchester. We are in a brilliant location for discovering all that Hampshire has to offer.

Accommodation

Our cosy ground floor self-contained flat is attached to the owner’s bungalow and has its own front door. The annexe is tastefully furnished and well-equipped for a comfortable getaway.

Inside there is a spacious lounge/diner with a TV/DVD player and radio. This a lovely space to unwind in after a day exploring. Enjoy some home cooking in the fully-equipped kitchen that comes with a range of appliances: all electric with a washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer.

The bedroom comes with twin beds, whilst an opening folding bed for a third person is in the lounge. All linen is free of charge. A bathroom has a power shower over the bath and a heated towel rail. A separate WC is available.

Outside there is a decked garden with a seat and table, offering a lovely spot for a glass of wine in the afternoon sun.

Within walking distance are several shops, including Waitrose. The cathedral city of Winchester is nearby, with a railway station 5 minutes away by car or 25 minutes to walk.
