The Old Rectory Cottages are a collection of award-winning holiday homes near Umberleigh in Devon. The local village, Kings Nympton has a thatched pub, Saxon church and beautiful surrounding countryside.

The luxury holiday cottages are set on 4 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens with two ponds which are home to a variety of ducks.

Nymet Mews – Sleeps 5.

Woodlands – Sleeps 4.

Little Nymet – Sleeps 2.

Hawthorns – Sleeps 4.

Chestnuts – Sleeps 4.

All of the cottages are finished to the highest of standards and include all modern amenities and facilities you may need on your self catering break away. The Old Rectory Cottages are very child friendly.

On site there is a heated and covered swimming pool which is open all year round. There is also a play area and outdoor table tennis.

Kings Nympton is ideally situated to explore and enjoy unspoilt countryside surrounding the village and as a base from which to explore North Devon and beyond. It is nestled between Exmoor & Dartmoor, perfect for walkers.

Many attractions are easily accessible including the dramatic North Devon cliff coastline, glorious sandy ‘surfers’ beaches at Saunton Sands, Bude, Woolacombe and Croyde, as well as horse riding, fishing and field sports.

Collacott Farm Cottages at Kings Nympton near South Molton is home to a range of accommodation, perfect for your next break away. The farm is nestled within a beautiful part of Devon and offers a place where couples, friends and families can holiday together, whilst still having their own privacy. Each cottage can be let individually or together, accommodating a party of up to 51 people.

These cottages in Devon are set around an old cobbled courtyard with original pond and offer a quiet setting for a family holiday. Sleeping from 2-12 people, the cottages are warm and inviting and provide the ideal base for exploring Exmoor, North Devon's dramatic coastline, Dartmoor and Tarka Country. All cottage guests have access to the on-site facilities, which include BHS Approved riding school, outdoor heated swimming pool (end of May to mid-September), tennis court, outside play area, games room, a trampoline room, large indoor party venue accommodating up to 60 people & woodland walks.

Whilst retaining original features, such as wooden beams and fireplaces, our holiday cottages in North Devon are furnished to a high standard creating a cosy and comfortable cottage holiday.


Kings Nympton is nestled within the heart of North Devon’s unspoilt countryside and is close to a wealth of attractions and places of interest.
