3 Waters Edge is a comfortable 2 bedroom ground floor apartment at Fistral Bay in Newquay, offering breathtaking sea views. We are in the perfect location for surfing, the beaches, golfing and touring holidays. The location is dog friendly with excellent walks along the Pentire Peninsula and beaches in Cornwall.

Accommodation

Our cosy apartment sleeps up to 5 people (with a further 2 on a sofa bed) and is well-equipped throughout. It is a ground floor apartment with a small ramp at the rear entrance.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for home-cooking and comes with a dishwasher and a range of appliances. A lounge/dining area has a patio door to the front lawn and a door to the enclosed glazed veranda, offering a great spot for a coffee whilst savouring the view.

A double bedroom has a patio door which also opens onto the veranda and a twin room is also available. The bathroom has a WC, washbasin and an electric shower over bath. All linen is included, except towels.

Visiting Fistral Bay & Exploring Cornwall

We are in a brilliant location, just across the road from Fistral Bay. We are nestled in a peaceful end of Fistral Bay, near the surf school, spar and hotel. You can walk to Newquay’s bustling town centre, home to lots of shops, restaurants and pubs. See the exotic animals at Newquay Zoo or see the Elizabethan Manor House at Trerice. Superb attractions to visit include:

Bedrooms - Each bedroom has a double oak wardrobe, 6 drawer oak chest, 2 three drawer oak bedside cabinets, with touch-sensitive lamps, vanity and dress mirrors and a hairdryer. The master en suite bedroom has a luxury King bed and 32” flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has two comfortable 3’ zip and link beds that can convert into a 6’ Super King. Travel cot provided on request.

Family bathroom - features a luxury spa bath and shower over the bath with heated towel rail.

All bedding and towels are provided. The beds are made up and welcome tray provided for your arrival. Heated by gas central heating. Laminate/ceramic floors throughout.

The stylish open-plan kitchen comes with a range of facilities, a large dining table and bi-fold doors. A cosy cinema lounge boasts a 65’’ 4K smart TV paired with B&W Dolby Atmos Surround & Blue-ray. Netflix and Amazon Prime subscriptions are included, as well as an AirPlay-integrated Hi-Fi system. You can also relax in the family area which comes with low-slung sofas and a lovely inset log fire. We are only a short walk from lots of restaurants, bistros and lounge bars. Newquay has Cornwall’s largest zoo and Cornwall’s largest aquarium. Just outside of Newquay you will find the National Trust property, Trerice Manor, an Elizabethan house which has beautiful gardens. Newquay is the surf capital of England and boasts superb beaches.
