Hill Top Farm is a country retreat providing a collection of properties. The farm is located within the small village of Askrigg. This is within the beautiful Wensleydale countryside in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. The perfect location for families or group gatherings.

Hill Top Barn

This property can sleep 6 people in 2 doubles and a twin. Downstairs is a great hall/living room with multi fuel stove. A second living room, breakfast room, dining room and well equipped kitchen are provided. The barn also benefits from having a pool table, jukebox and bar area.

Hardraw Lodge

This lodge is interconnected with Hill Top Barn. It also accommodates 6 in a twin and 2 doubles. Facilities include a living/dining room with arch leading through to a kitchenette.

Bawarrdi Suite

The suite can sleep 4 people in a king size en suite and twin. The living space is modern and open plan.

Wensleydale Studio

This lovely open plan studio can accommodate 2 in a king size en suite.

Swaledale Suite

Like Wensleydale this suite has a king size en suite bedroom. There is also a living room and some kitchen facilities.

The Pig House, Briningham, Melton Constable, Norfolk (Sleeps 1-10)

The Pig House offers outstanding self-catering accommodation in Briningham near Melton Constable. Our unique property in Norfolk has been converted from a former pig sty and is a great base to explore a range of attractions in the local area.

Our gorgeous property sleeps up to 10 and is ideal for a special break. The house is stylish and comes with a magnificent courtyard garden to unwind in.

The property has a spacious living area with a contemporary German Siematic kitchen with two large ovens, a large warming drawer, a larder fridge and a big deep freeze and a wine fridge as well as a Quooker Hot Tap. The dining table overlooks the delightful courtyard garden.

You can unwind in the seating area which comes with a comfy large corner sofa with recliners, two cuddle chairs and a 65’’ TV. A wood burner will keep you warm in the winter. You can watch a film in high definition in the cinema room which is a funky room with blue-coloured walls and bright orange Ligne Roset sofas. A separate sitting room comes with two ‘loaf’ sofas which enjoy spectacular views.

Bedrooms consist of 3 super kings and a king-size bed. All the bedrooms come with en suite facilities and the master room has a wonderful en suite bathroom with a large shower with two showers, a bath and twin sinks.

Outside there is seating for up to 8 people under the Mulberry tree which acts as shade when the sun is shining. We also have an ‘outside/inside’ area which has plenty of comfy outdoor furniture by Bramblecrest. A BBQ is available and you can relax in the jacuzzi with seats up to 6 people.

Lots of great gastropubs are in the local area. Further afield in North Norfolk, you will find rolling countryside, flat salt marshes, picturesque villages, fascinating craft shops, beautiful beaches and miles of rural woodland. A range of superb attractions are in the local area:

This tastefully converted barn was originally built over 200 years ago and is now a luxury pad for those who are looking for an enjoyable break. It still retains original stone walls, exposed beams and a stunning solid oak staircase. We are equipped with all the latest mod cons including Bluetooth speakers, free Wi-Fi, large Smart Wi-Fi TVs, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and a selection of games. Our stunning geodome is perfect for an unforgettable holiday. This luxurious dome is located on a fishing lakeshore in the heart of the Yealm Valley, ideal for a romantic getaway or family break. The dome comes with a wonderful open plan living area to suit all your needs. There is a state-of-the-art kitchen and a deluxe bathroom. The king-size bed is fit for royalty and sizeable sofa beds are ideal for the kids. You can relax on the comfy sofas and enjoy looking out at the large geodome window. Excellent facilities include a magnificent 4 metre, HD 4K 3D screen, PS4 or Xbox One. Outside is a private hot tub, providing you with a place to soak and relax, whilst sipping a glass or two of something fizzy.

Eco Pod:

This lavish pod is ideal for couples looking for somewhere special to stay. The pod is beautifully furnished and set amidst gorgeous countryside. Bi-fold doors open onto the lovely decking area. Inside there is an ultra-modern German kitchen which comes with a range of excellent appliances. The bathroom comes with a powerful gas fired shower, WC and mounted sink unit. From the dining area you can look out to the delightful garden. Outside there is a picnic table to socialise around and a private hot tub to unwind in. You can also enjoy using the coal BBQ, perfect for a spot of al fresco dining.

Cubes:

Cubes: Our 2 fabulous Cubes offer a magical break to suit all your needs. These bespoke structures include a relaxing open-plan space with lofted ceilings and light-filled skylight. The kitchen is well-equipped and the dining table seats 2.

Bedrooms consist of a bunk space which comes with a king-size mattress and smart HDTV. The modern bathroom includes a gas-fired shower, toilet and sink. You can enjoy amazing entertainment facilities, including a 3D 4K Ultra HD projector with a supersized 4-metre screen, Dolby Atmos surround sound, plus an XBOX ONE & a selection of movies & games. Outside there is a bench seat and a lavish hot tub to soak your troubles in.

Our holiday homes are set in two acres of private woodland including small sunny clearings as well as large shaded areas, both ideal for relaxing. The private carp fishing lake is exclusive to Sunridge guests and the hot tub is equipped with bespoke mood lighting and is the ultimate indulgent luxury. This private patch of woodland in Devon includes 2 acres of grounds where guests can relax in the sunshine or the shaded wood. There’s even a gas-fired Weber BBQ for alfresco dining on the high deck overlooking the trees and lake.
